So idk when this started but $0.15 for a bag? That’s crazy. Without even the option of not paying for the bag besides dining in. So if I dine in I won’t get charged a bag fee but if I want to leave than I get charged for the bag. That’s wild. I opt out of paying for a bag at the grocery store and at I can reuse that bag and it’s bigger. Lionville Chik Fil A you need to get it together. Watch your receipt. Yea it’s $0.15 but my three items I could have put j in n my pocket and saved my money for my kids. I just know now to say “ NO BAG!!!”

This establishment offers excellent food and service and benefits from a convenient location. However, my rating of two stars reflects a significant safety concern: customers frequently use the exit as an entrance, creating a dangerous situation. Despite the issue being raised, the store manager has not effectively addressed it. The signs intended to direct traffic are positioned too high to be noticed by drivers coming from Eagleview Blvd, exacerbating the problem. This not only disrupts the flow into the drive-through but also compromises the safety of those trying to enter the parking lot properly. Despite multiple reports to the store manager, no corrective measures have been taken.
CLOSED FOR 3 inches of snow!!!! Come on!! Ok so after a long day of plowing snow I tell my family I’m stopping by Chic fil a it’s our favorite fast food. Well 7pm on a Friday and it’s CLOSED!!!! We had 3 inches of snow not 6-12 or more 3 inches of snow and it’s closed. Just a sign of the times I guess.I hope it was closed for some other reason because we love the food. But I can’t support a store closing for a little bit of snow.

My daughter and I went after school today for dinner. The food was terrible. They have changed the recipe and the buns. I spent 21.00 dollars just to go in the trash. We both came home and have been sick ever since. Shame on you for either changing the recipe or vendors or whatever. Never again!

Every time I have been here they have forgotten something whether it’s ALL the sauces, an entire meal, or a food item. It’s the closest one but I honestly might start driving to downingtown because it’s getting a bit ridiculous.Today they didn’t give me an entire nugget meal that I paid for. I drive away bc I know other people are waiting and I hate that I feel like I HAVE to sift through the entire bag every time to make sure it’s all there while trying to drive away.

The upgrade is excellent, food was hot and fresh. Tyler the manager will personally make sure that you have been serviced properly, this place is excellent. It’s not fast food it’s a quick solid meal!
