We dine at Chipotle once almost every week and my daughter eats the kids quesadillas and with that as she doesn't eat sides, we request them to add an additional quesdillas and no sides, which they do always, we might have done this every time we went there. But today, they said they cannot do and there is no way to bill it but we spoke to manager too and they seemed to be very adamant that they cannot do... we finally decided to not dine there and probably this store lost 3 very loyal customers.

Chipotle is on my lower choices for eating lunch now. The quality has changed in terms of food handling. The people look dirty. It is just a turn off to walk in there to get something to eat. Even the facility us drab.

I noticed this store dropping in quality a long time ago. Believe it used to have above a 4 star rating. Now it is less than 3. At the moment it should be avoided at all costs.
There are other decent Mexican options in the area or if you are open to other options check out Damas across route 100.
Edit: Damas dropped a bit in quality but still decent. Just don’t go to this Chipotle lol

This is by far the worst location for chipotle and I have been to many across the country. Staff is rude, stoic and generally upset they have to deal with customers. Food quality is horrible with stale and old food. Small portions and the facility is disgustingly dirty. I doubt it’s been cleaned in 2 weeks. No point in contacting their HQ. They just make unfulfilled promises. No manager on site and teenage kids who will fail miserably at life if they continue down this path. Used to eat chipotle several times per week when traveling. I am done as a customer. I honestly don’t know how they survive

Service here is ok but centrally located in the Exton area. Food is just ok. I usually order the burrito bowl topped with guac. Unlike many other branches, I won’t rate this place 5 stars as the taste doesn’t stand up. Definitely needs improvement.

The food is always pretty good even when they get it wrong. They have a big shelf that says pick up mobile order here and I was sitting there for 15 minutes while the night crew just stared at me. I finally went to ask them about my food and they had it ready 20 minutes before it was even supposed to be ready and there was no rush whatsoever. I told them that they should have a sign up letting people know they should pick their orders up at the counter and all the manager said was “ok”. Very disrespectful crew there and not one person acknowledged the whole time I was sitting there looking confused. I would rather drive to the one 20 minutes out the way then this one 2 minutes from my house.

The food here gets me sick, literally. Two separate visits over a year apart. Both trips ended up with me having the 🏃🏾♂️s. I have learned my lesson. Close and convenient isn’t worth the stomach pain.

Pulled into parking lot and proceeded to park in a spot that someone just pulled into straddling the middle line , I pointed to the space and motioned to him that I wanted to park next to him. He shook his head no and pointed at a space across the parking lot. I said no I wanted to park there, in the meantime a car pulled up behind me, I moved and he moved so his buddy could park next to him. Both guys work at Chipotle, I went in to talk to the manager, he said he was , I said no I want to speak to someone else. He threatened to call the police on me for bothering him. I left this is a company thatI have no way of reaching a DM or a real manager. Will never give them my money .

Do not order from this location!!!! Smallest bowl ever, this is pathetic. A bowl with extra rice and double meat is not even half full. What a rip off!!
The guy at the register was very rude in packing and was just throwing the bowls in the bag. Doesn’t respond to customer concerns

Update on my last review and this location just absolutely sucks. Not only do they never have enough staff, but the staff that is here constantly shorts me on my order like i don’t deserve the chicken in my chicken burrito, and they never have any fajita vegetables ready. Give me a break, been how many years and you can’t have any freaking vegetables ready!!!! Shut this place down…..we have other Mexican restaurants around run by people who actually want to work

People were nice, serving sizes for meat were AWFUL. The tiniest bit of meat for half and half AND the 2.75 for guac and half of my side was a whole slice of hard avocado... Used to really enjoy this place... But I over $20 and can't even get the protein sizes right, which is the basis of the entire pricing for the meal was disappointing.

Absolutely awful every time i go. They have forgotten my two bags of chips the last 6 times I’ve ordered. They’ve forgotten my queso several times. They different give the apple juice in the kids meal. And they sent me meat in a cheese quesadilla. The guacamole has entire half’s of avocado. And my cheese quesadillas cheese wasn’t even melted. And dripped grease all over me trying to unstick it from the tin foil. This location is horrid.
