Update on my last review and this location just absolutely sucks. Not only do they never have enough staff, but the staff that is here constantly shorts me on my order like i don’t deserve the chicken in my chicken burrito, and they never have any fajita vegetables ready. Give me a break, been how many years and you can’t have any freaking vegetables ready!!!! Shut this place down…..we have other Mexican restaurants around run by people who actually want to work

People were nice, serving sizes for meat were AWFUL. The tiniest bit of meat for half and half AND the 2.75 for guac and half of my side was a whole slice of hard avocado... Used to really enjoy this place... But I over $20 and can't even get the protein sizes right, which is the basis of the entire pricing for the meal was disappointing.

Absolutely awful every time i go. They have forgotten my two bags of chips the last 6 times I’ve ordered. They’ve forgotten my queso several times. They different give the apple juice in the kids meal. And they sent me meat in a cheese quesadilla. The guacamole has entire half’s of avocado. And my cheese quesadillas cheese wasn’t even melted. And dripped grease all over me trying to unstick it from the tin foil. This location is horrid.

One of the worst franchise in Chipotle. Every-time it becomes more worser and worser. They wont even fill it half bowl and out of stock on something but charges the same. The rice will never be cooked fully and you can see that either employee are disappointed all the times.

The manager is not active at all. They kept waiting first for rice to refill . That’s understandable. Then they said they have to refill black beans and that’s again 5 to 7 mins. No sauté vegetables because they’re out of it and it’s 4:38 pm only. Altogether I have seen 6 to 7 people are working in this shift , 3 customers in line only but service is too slow. I am a regular customer but today I am very much disappointed.

Why did I even eat here tonight? This is worse fast food place I've ever been to. As for Chipotle, the meat portion was very stingy. The counter was filthy. The cashier was wearing headsets while ringing us in. Turned around to find a place to sit. The tables and floor were filthy. Had to ask an employee to clean a table for us. He chose one and left the rest with trash. Went to get my drink. There was trash on the drink station and all over the floor. There was no ice. Glad to be finished, I walked out and the trash cans were full. This location should be an embarrassment to the Chiptole name.

Got into the restaurant and the line was long as there was only one woman working the till. Unafraid, I continued to order my chipotle bowl. They were out of fajita veggies and I barely received any hot sauce. Upon the end of my order, I came to find out that my order of a single chipotle bowl and a drink would cost twenty American dollars. I very angrily consumed my substandard chipotle bowl. I will not return.

Place is terrible. Very poorly run. Staff does not even know how to make orders. Not nice about it. Charged me to guacs that I never even got. Gave us a bowl instead of a salad. You can't even call to get any kind of refund because they don't have enough workers to answer the phone. It's some automated bs. Will never return to this location I almost can't believe this place is still open. Sad what customer service has turned into. I'd rather give them zero stars! But you can't!

I am going to make this short. What’s with the less rice and more toppings? If you’re going to add less rice, add less topping portions as well?? I mean, today, the rice was more than usual but the toppings were almost double the amount of rice. The sour cream and queso, as well as the guac, which were all on layered on top of the rice and almost mixed together to form this gooey all-in-one sauce. That’s not what it’s supposed to be. Overall, this is just bizarre and I’m hoping to not see my bowl like this again.

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants, but this location continues to disappoint. The past several times I have ordered online, it has taken them at least 15 minutes past the promised time to deliver my order. I usually have to ask a staff member to check for my online order before I receive it as well.

The food is always delicious and the staff (it’s usually way understaffed) are friendly, but it’s not worth waiting for the slow service (and sometimes missing items). Please hire more staff!!

They were out of guacamole last time I ordered here, and I was not offered a refund. I provided feedback online, stating I was disappointed and wanting a refund for what I didn’t receive, but I never heard back from Chipotle about the matter.

Eveytime I order online there's a missing item, the quantity is way too less for the cost. There's no standard.

This location is terrible! Always out of the salad vinaigrette even when it's early lunch and not busy. They are clearly lazy and don't wanna do it! Portion sizes are not consistent they do skimp on the protein.

Just left the store. Poor service, poor attitude, unnecessary long wait because preparer decides to protest her job, you know to be courtesy, tgen keave her station leaving her peers to pick up the slack, poor communications, equals one star everytime. Do your job. Focus on the customer. And just try to be friendly and polite. Expect people to complain if you are deliberately rude.
