Overcharged and Misleading Fees
I had a disappointing experience at Chocolate Therapy. The prices listed seemed reasonable, but when it came time to pay, they charged more than the displayed price. When I asked, they claimed it was “tax,” but no proper tax breakdown was shown — instead, it looked like extra credit card fees. The whole thing felt misleading and borderline scammy. Customers deserve transparency and honest billing, not hidden charges. Definitely not going back.

We look forward to new flavors introduced and love the fact that the desserts taste as good, even when it is made GF and vegan. Nupur and her team constantly try to work with us on special requests and we truly appreciate that. Our most favorite is the Chocolate Orange Nougat Loaf - cannot get enough of it!!

I was looking for flavor beyond the standard chocolate or vanilla cake, and found Chocolate Therapy and thought the cake flavors seemed to be just that.
I just stopped in today to place an order and decided to pick out some of the cake slices in the front cooler to take home with me.
Everything my husband and I tried was amazing. The chocolate ganache cake is the richest chocolate cake I’ve ever had, it was extremely decadent. We also tried the gulab jamun and litchi tres leches cakes in a cup and loved them both! As soon as I took a bite I knew I had to write I review.
