I ordered a cookie bouquet for my niece and nephew for Valentine’s Day. This order was placed well in advance. I was informed today by my intended recipient that nothing ever arrived and I received no communications from the company on it. They did not reply to my emails either so I have no idea what happened to my order.

Amazing service. Lorena was probably the friendliest person I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. We had to get birthday cookies for my little cousin and Lorena did a phenomenal job of conveying the in store premade options along with what else they could make in a short period of time- I didn’t even have to go in! You can tell the workers love what they do at this store. The cookies are phenomenal, but what really makes me come back is the out-of-this-world service this team provides. I’ve never had a negative experience at this store and this place will forever be my cookie go-to.

Found this location on my visit to Ups, so I wanted to give it a try. The shop is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The cookies looked so good and there are some decorative cookies too but high on price point. I ordered red velvet cookies, and they tasted delicious. We will definitely return to this spot for more cookies, and we even thought about ordering for a party. Try this place you will love it !!
