Found this location on my visit to Ups, so I wanted to give it a try. The shop is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The cookies looked so good and there are some decorative cookies too but high on price point. I ordered red velvet cookies, and they tasted delicious. We will definitely return to this spot for more cookies, and we even thought about ordering for a party. Try this place you will love it !!

Cookies by design was great when we ordered custom cookies for companies we work with. They were able to put the logos on the cookies and make custom cookies as gifts. They delivered the cookies when they said they would.

I was able to personalize the basket with just the right decorated cookies for the occasion. She gave suggestions on the little extra touches which made it so beautiful. Plus,they taste amazing! To whom it may concern I just received my cookies and delivered them to my sister. She can't eat them because there is so much almond flavor its like burning our throat. Did you change the recipe, or is it owned by someone new. Did not taste like the old cookie.So much money for poor quality. Will not be ordering again!

I received notice that my cookies were being delivered earlier than expected and we were away on vacation. I contacted the company and they immediately re-routed the UPS delivery and sent out a fresh batch when we returned. Great customer service and my husband loved his Father’s Day cookies.

I ordered a basket when it arrived it had 3 dry sugar cookies in nothing like the picture shows when I requested my money back they asked us to return the cookies..... RED FLAG right there unsanitary and now wondering do there recycle the returned cookies?? Gross do not buy from here I'm disputing with my bank 65.00 for 3cookies no way

The cookies were tasty, but the decoration was sloppy. For my aviation theme, they couldn't invest $2 and purchase an airplane-shaped cookie cutter? Instead, I got crosses and dog bones (?!). Lastly, they need to ditch the spray-on base coat. It looks messy and tastes bitter.
