A total bummer. Purchased a bag of 6 ice cream sandwiches and this is was I pulled out. Each sandwich was like this. the bags are stapled and I never thought I should have undone the bag to check, however, with that, I also shouldn't have to. At $13.49 for a bag of 6 to say I am disappointed would be an understatement.

I wish I could give negative reviews. This place was completely hopeless and a total disappointment. The food quality was poor, service was below average, and the pricing did not match the experience at all. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money, and I would not recommend it.

Have had fine blizzards from this location in the past, but the kid who made our blizzards tonight served us very poorly made “blizzards” that were essentially filling in the top half and then vanilla ice cream in the bottom, and were spilling over the sides of the cups, and were not served upside down (would have spilled everywhere if he did that). He was polite, at least, but needs some more training. Probably won’t be returning to this location for a while.

The two girls behind the counter were very busy and doing a great job, there was a boy there that did not help them but just kept sweeping the same spot over and over again. Not one time did he help them when 12 customers were in line.

I stopped in DQ for a burger which DQ Treat did not have on the menu. I ordered a hot dog with cheese and pickle relish instead. What a disappointment. The hot dog was cold, the bun was dry and fell apart, the cheese was shredded and cold. Although, the pickle relish was good it didn't make up for the rest. I do not usually leave a bad review without discussing with the business 1st but in this case there were two young workers who just could care less. Sad to say I cannot recommend this DQ. I normally love DQ for a quick bite especially when out with my GDs.
Skip this DQ. Had the guy finger the inside of my cup before making my blizzard. When I asked him before he started to use a new cup he had an attitude and then grabbed a new cup. I then watched him spit in my blizzard as he was making it. After I submitted a complaint to DQ corporate and never heard back. Not only will I never go back here, but I highly suggest nobody else waste their hard earned money at this place to get some disease in their treats from these losers they hire here.

Visited Dairy Queen after my daughter's competition on 12/9/23 around 6:45. The staff member who took our order appeared uninterested in her job, lacked friendliness, and seemed to have an attitude. A welcoming demeanor in customer service can greatly enhance the overall experience for patrons. It's important to set a positive tone, especially when dealing with something as enjoyable as ice cream.
