I had ordered for delivery from this location. I had asked for the delivery to be dropped off at the home. The driver called me telling me he was at my place or near it. He was in the back of the apartment and I went out in the cold to meet with him (which was fine, but I would have preferred not to go out in the cold)
I had ordered a large 2 L diet Coke, but they had delivered regular. And when I mentioned this point to the driver he said he doesn't have it and started advising me, it's fine to have it, drink less of it, regular soda is completely fine as if trying to convince me even though they messed up.
I declined to take the Regular coke and as I was walking away he finally asked if he should go get the correct drink.
I declined for a few reasons mainly it would take time and I was hungry, his tone put me off, I felt he was asking bregudgingly, hoping I would say no and I was entitled as I should have just take the Regular coke.
I am fine with mistakes being made and it has happened before, but they could have just accepted they made a mistake.
The quality of the pizza was also a bit worse than I remember. I have had pizza from this place before, but I do feel the quality of the place has gone down.

Ordered a half plain/half Philly steak pizza. Came with horrible quality and completely burnt. If there was meat even on there it was burnt completely into the cheese. Had to throw the entire pizza away

Cade is the best delivery driver, the Exton Domino's has is respectful When he comes to the door he drops off our food in our hands. He smiles. He's very grateful to work at Domino's. You can tell that he loves his job and what he does keep up the great work cade You're amazing.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered my food almost 2 hours ago! Just to get told it’s going to be another hour because they sent all the drivers out yet again….but not with my food that was ordered 2 hours ago!? Terrible. If the all isn’t accurate why are they using it?

So I ordered pizza and a guy named yogesh delivered it to me and and I put the pizza down to get a tip and he's going to ask me if I'm given him a tip.very rude..

Ordered online tried to pay in the store and the guy said I can’t pay until my food is done.(That’s a lie I pay before my food comes out at many other Locations). Came back my food was done but again I wasn’t able to pay earlier. Only one person spoke english which was the delivery driver. The two men in the store, had to call the driver to talk them through how to checkout a customer. After Many attempts I was finally able to checkout and in comes the driver.

My husband and I hadn't had domino's in ages so we decided to try it out again......I don't know what was going on with the pizza but everything was sour and like.....tangy? The cheese was tangy, the pepperoni was tangy, the sauce was tangy....It was just weird. The meat tasted funny....The pizza left an aftertaste in our mouths similar to how candy leaves an aftertaste. Also there was hair in my pizza... Yeaahhhh we won't be back.
