Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Both were soggy and disgusting. The “pan” pizza was like a soft sponge. The regular crust had way too much cheese and was so doughy and undercooked. I was trying to give them another chance but never again. Wasted $30.

In the last 2 years, accuracy of orders has been paltry. you can be 100% sure they will mess up atleast 1 item in your order. extremely poor attention to detail and shoddy quality control.

EDIT: Just got home, pepperoni was OK but the deluxe was an absolute disaster. Greasy mess, not cut right and soggy.
I called in getting an order for delivery of small cheese pizza with loaded bacon tater tots, the guy who picked up the phone was extremely rude and then proceeded to hang up on me when I told him to give me one second while I sorted out something. As I said, he was disrespectful, rude, had the worst attitude then hung up the phone. The food isn’t the worst on the market but the service is disappointing. Do better Dominos, I recommend checking on your workers and the way they speak to customers especially when the customer wasn’t being any sort of rudeness.

Everything was going well... until it wasn't. I ordered two orders of pizza, one to arrive at 11 AM and the second to arrive at 12 PM. The first arrived a little early, and that was great.
Well, the second was listed as being delivered at 12:15 as opposed to 12:00. To my knowledge, it wasn't even put into the oven until 12:16. Then it was stuck on "quality control" for about 15-20 minutes. It finally left to be delivered around 12:46. I tried calling the store 3 times, one phone call lasting 12 minutes, and no one answered.
I don't know what's going on at Lionville Domino's, but it doesn't seem good. For the amount of money I spent, for placing the order last night, and for trying to provide my students a fun afternoon, this was a pretty disappointing turn of events.
Update: Order 2, which arrived late, only arrived with 2/5 pizzas. They offered to bring it back, which was kind, but it was too late. Still haven't spoken to a manager despite making 5+ phone calls. This place sucks. Avoid at all costs.
