The got my order wrong the first time, and when I called the person that answered had a nasty attitude about it saying they didn’t even though I quite literally had the receipt they handed me showing I ordered it how I intended to. When they redelivered, the delivery person started honking outside the multi-family apartment complex I live in. This was after having called me the first time. Not sure what they’re going through, or what I did to offend them, but if asking them to redeliver the correct food I paid for is something they can’t handle, or this job is too much for them, then they should consider finding something less stressful for them.

terrible experience. i tipped 4.44 on a 20 $ order, then the driver harassed me about tipping again even tho i had asked him ro leave my food at the door he said i had to sign something and forced his way inside my apartment building as i cracked the door. then when i tipped more and check my food, i had asked for extra toasted one pizza and they gave me raw dough, and untoasted garlic bites.

Another ownership change to this place as well. Placed two pick up order and when their app alerted me that my pizza will be ready in 20 min, i was there in 25 minutes to make sure they had my order ready. Nope. They forgot to make my deep dish and the counter girl lied telling me that it's in the conveyor and will be ready in the min. Then she proceeded to call over a guy and they started talking in their own language and laughing, then he hurriedly made my pan pizza - done in 10 min. I have asked well done to get nice crispy outer crust but what i got after their bungle was undercooked doughy pizza - gross. I wonder if local franchise pizza joints ever fully train their be franchise owners since every one of them are becoming a dive.

This place mixed up my order and gave me chicken pizza instead of a vegeterian pizza and when I called them to report the incident, they didn't even apologize. Such poor service and no values for customer feedback.

We ordered food from this location for many years. However, in the past few months, the pizza and pasta we ordered were quite terrible. We thought they mistakenly forgot the Alfredo sauce for the chicken carbonara pasta in our last order but it happened again this time. The pizzas were overly baked even though we specified "normal". I guess the food quality control is totally out of the equation now when the performance measurements emphasize so much on expedience and on time completion.

I could give these guys a negative star if there’s one. I ordered a delivery and the food is messed up. I asked them for redo and they said I’ve to come pick it up. The staff is so rude and they just hung up the call. Never ordering anything here again. Shame on you guys!

I ordered specialty’s pizza in 575 W Uwchlan Ave Exton and it looks so bad nobody can eat it from my family I will put a picture for it the day I orderd the only one running the store a young girl by herself and I asked for a manger no body there something wrong it not like what we got before it’s burning and she pour a bottle of hot sauce in the top I am so disappointed not recommend to anyone to go there

Ordered delivery of the same thing I always do, a chicken alfredo pan pizza. When I received it, it looked like a terrible falling apart mess. I posted a picture. It was poorly made the last time I ordered but thought I would try one more time. That was a mistake because against my better judgment, I tried to eat it anyway even though it looked much worse then last time. I could only eat some of it, but even that was enough to make me sick and in the bathroom the rest of the night into the next day. I contacted the store for them to make it right, and all that was offered was a coupon on my future order... Not sure what is happening with this company but I won't be ordering again and I would advise others not to either.
Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza on Friday and the entire middle was a soupy mess. Picked up the floppy slice and everything slid off the pizza. It lacked a good flavor as well. Pretty bland. Won't be ordering from this location again.
