We had a lovely dinner on the porch for my birthday. I loved the popovers with lemon curd, the oysters Rockefeller, and the crab cake entree. Our cocktails were excellent - especially the pear martini! Truly one of the best I've ever had! So glad we chose this restaurant, and hope to be back soon. The owner's warm welcome, our server, and the bartender were all so friendly and did a great job!
Great atmosphere and food was overall good. Bathrooms and rooms need updating. Sauces a bit heavy on dishes.
Our favorite place and favorite food. So charming and quaint, the Wiener schnitzel is outstanding.
Always enjoy the food and service at this favorite special occasion restaurant. Their Wienerschnitzel is excellent and Proprietor, Gertie Person, is a welcoming hostess!
Fantastic meal and great service at both our table and at the bar ahead of time. The bartender Michael had some amazing cocktails and our server Patty was great. Really enjoyed our anniversary dinner and will definitely be back.
Great food, drinks and if you are lucky enough to have Kasey as your server, your experience will be absolutely superb! She is outstanding!
Never had a bad experience here. Excellent all around. What an elegant dinner out should be.
Our families favorite restaurant and a great place to go for any special occasion! The food, cocktails, and mocktails are always delicious. The service is amazing and it has such a nice ambience.
The bronzino was one of the best dishes I've had in a restaurant in years. Everything we had was excellent. Looking forward to a return visit.
This is our special event restaurant-birthdays, anniversaries, etc All of the dishes are perfectly prepared, from filet mignon to salmon to schnitzel, we have always had execellent preparations. The wait staff is friendly and appropriately attentive. And the cheese strudel is out of this world delicious!!!

This restaurant is terrible. Just went there for Valentine's Day 2025. They had a limited menu for Valentine's Day. We had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for our dinner which was ICE COLD. THAT TELLS ME THE DINNER WAS SITTING FOR A VERY LONG TIME WITHOUT OUR SERVER PAYING ATTENTION. I WILL NOT GO BACK. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Christmas Eve Disaster for Many...
They overbooked, numerous families with reservations walked out after waiting an hour plus. The young hostess was rude to several patrons.
Food was mediocre at best. Wienerschnitzel was soggy, Lobster Crepes (House Specialty) were far from being special.
However the service was great, unfortunately little else was.
What was once a fantastic restaurant has turned into a little more than an over priced cash grab living off of its past success.
Vote with your dollar and look elsewhere.

Happy hour was noisy and expensive. The drinks were just ok, and there were no drink specials to be seen other than a wine and oysters combo for 15. I love the space , and was hoping for a better experience. My salmon reuben was just blah. There was no cajun slaw and the salmon was flubbery. Who serves a reuben on a bun?
If coming for a holiday, only dine on the first floor.
Otherwise you may as well go to Applebees!
Thank you for the great gate away with the wife.
