Not sure what is going on here. Started strong right after opening. In the last 2 months nothing but 12 year olds work there who seem to know literally nothing about the store to the point where they can’t even identify the doughnuts. And why is everything wet? All doughnuts are melting at room temperature. Not sure how one messes that up.

This store has great customer service, everyone is so nice here. They always get my order right and treat me very well!
We have gone multiple times and we have never had the mobile order be correct. Sometimes small things but usually something so absurdly wrong it’s hard to believe it could happen
