I wanted this to be my new Dunkin’ spot, but after two mobile orders were wrong (missing items or substituted with cheaper ones), their attitude on how they handled it was dismissive. The manager did fix things both times, but seemed to doubt me — even after I showed my receipt, he still asked for my bag to verify. As a former barista, I get that mistakes happen, and I wasn’t upset about the food — I was upset about how I was treated. I thanked the employee who made the error, but she acted like me asking for what I paid for was a problem.

I only gave 1 star so I could post. Would not even give 1. I just went into Dunkin today to get an iced coffee. The lady had her back to me cleaning for a couple minutes. Then, walked to the back, came back looked right at me and said nothing just kept cleaning. If she would have said I will be with you in a minute that would have been fine. I just left since I was getting no service. She was rude and unprofessional. My husband and I will not go to this location. We frequent since it is the closest to us. Not anymore.

You really just need to get lucky with your cashier. I’ve had several bad expenses with this place, but today everything changed. The cashier who helped me was just truly so helpful and patient that I demanded he get a raise. 6 Figured at least, make him the CEO, he will fix how overpriced things can be. He did it for us.

Drove off after the lady started yelling at me through the drive thru speaker when I tried to confirm my order. There was no reason to start yelling at me. You lost my business.

I went in this morning and ordered my food while I was going to pay a customer came who was picking up his food and had asked if the food was his on the side . The lady taking my order was screaming at him saying hold on and then was laughing in his face and continued getting frustrated and started yelling at us as we were trying to pay. we were trying to hand her the cash and she kept saying cash or credit with an attitude at that point we canceled our food and told her as business owners you should never treat customers the way she does. We will never be back at this location. We get it people have bad morning but this wasn’t acceptable at all and to laugh in our faces as we said we were going to cancel the order was very unprofessional. I highly suggest you go else were as this wasn’t the first time at this location.

I wanted to make this my daily stop for coffee but after a decent amount of time stopping here, they can’t seem to make the same coffee twice. I order the same, basic, coffee every morning and every morning it’s different. Either too sweet or definitely made with cream rather than milk. I’m not sure why this is and they aren’t very receptive of questions when asked about it. It’s very easy to tell when a coffee is made with cream and not milk because the color is completely different. Not sure why they continue to try to pass it off.
