I’ve made three recent purchases through the drive-through (evening and night), and each time I was greeted by the same gentleman. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he deserves a big shout-out! He is always cordial, friendly, and provides excellent service with a positive attitude. 👍 Thumbs up to him for making each visit a pleasant experience!

I just came through the drive through to get breakfast and was rushed when my order was taken from the drive through attendant. I told the drive thru person that I had a reward for a wake up wrap he scanned my reward and the reward didn’t come off. He was very rude and short and didn’t help me with my problem because he said there was people behind me. Thats not great customer service as I’ve come to this location multiple times and received horrible service. The people here rush you to take your order and are very rude. The customer service at this location his horrible. My need was not met I was dismissed and told to come into the store because I was holding up the line. I do not recommend coming to this location because the customer service is horrible. I’m hoping they can fix this issue as this location was the closer to my home. I now have to drive to a further location for better service.

The last two times I’ve gone the coffee has been incredibly watered down. This location is also more expensive than the other in the area for an unknown reason. I used to go everyday on my way to work but I’ll have to find somewhere else.

I order online and only a few minutes away, and my sandwich is always hot & fresh, with my beverage ready to go when I arrive. Staff is very friendly and efficient. It's within a Luk Oil gas station, so there's also snacks, lottery tickets, etc. available.

Horrible workers and experience. Got 2 small coffees totaling $11.25. Gave $21.25 expecting $10 in return. Workers and manager all claimed I gave them exact change. Refused to pull the camera up and refused to refund me. Make sure you get your receipts and HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to a different location where the employees can do simple math and know what they put in their own register

The owner should replace the personnel/staff because this is the worst experience ever. The guy working is unpleasant and usually constantly makes mistakes with orders. If at all possible, avoid this store. I ordered a sandwich and it was disaster and the iced coffee was like coffee with no ice.

Went via drive through, ordered a caramel latte and got an original latte instead, went to change the order but the guy was not accepting his mistake. First he messed up our order and then started blaming us for the order, very unprofessional tone of voice and not even accepting his mistake, he was extremely rude to us. Please ask for a receipt if you go for drive through here, I was a regular to this place and would always get Caramel Latte, now I am done with this place.
