Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I like this restaurant. Very fresh and hot food and service is very fast then most places and drive thru is fast and the food is better then kfc and taco bell at Exton , and it's very good, and it clean and better dessert and better free parking and it's right by other stores and bathrooms are clean and also the service is great and also it very filling and feels me up. But needs more zero sugar dessert, but.really good food. I do recommend this restaurant .

I love the food here, the patty melt and cheese fries and banana milk shake were excellent. The service was the best I've experienced for a long time. I'll definitely be visiting Freddy's again in the future. Thank you! - PS Tom is a legend.

If you're ever looking for good fast food with a lot of variety, look no further. Chicken sandwiches and steak burgers, shakes, and fries. What a treat! The gentlemen in the drive thru was very friendly. I would totally recommend it!

Freddy's is exactly what I want. Good smashburger, delicious milkshake and thin and well seasoned fries.

This location is very inconsistent. I can't recommend it anymore. The food can be great, but there doesn't seem to be any training or supervision, so the food isn't prepared correctly. For example, my sundae was missing half the ingredients. Another time, the burger was burned.
The inside decor is cute, but this location had dirty tables throughout despite being almost no customers inside.

1st time here while on a business trip. Drive thru took a little bit of time but worth it. Everything was hot and fresh. Great burger. Super crispy tater tots.

Never impressed. Went here bc Chick-fil-A was closed. Milkshake lids DO NOT FIT CUPS. Orange creamsicle frost all over my brand new car. I Went to put the milkshake in the cupholder. The lid came off with ease, the cups are extremely flimsy and the outside was filthy with orange residue. And the milkshake was everywhere. I tried placing the lid back on the cup and it would not. I ordered 4 total for my kids. All of the lids came off of the cups extremely easily. When asking the worker at the window for some napkins- after he saw what happened while in the drive thru - he went to put two napkins in the bag, I told him I needed more, he gave me two more… I said no half of this milkshake is all over my car. He put two more in the bag and shut the window quickly. Not once did he offer more napkins, assistance or a replacement. The food is sub par and over priced and the lids don’t fit their cups. I parked my car, went inside three different times to get more napkins to clean up the mess. When I sopped up most of the mess- I went inside for the final time. Being a total Karen. Walked up the counter told them their lids don’t fit their cups and they should look into it and the milkshake is all over my brand new car. Handed them the milkshake and bag of trash and walked out. I did not cause a scene. No other customers were disturbed. This was the Freddy’s in Royersford PA. Incident 4/6/25. Around 3:30pm. TERRIBLE experience.
