Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Never impressed. Went here bc Chick-fil-A was closed. Milkshake lids DO NOT FIT CUPS. Orange creamsicle frost all over my brand new car. I Went to put the milkshake in the cupholder. The lid came off with ease, the cups are extremely flimsy and the outside was filthy with orange residue. And the milkshake was everywhere. I tried placing the lid back on the cup and it would not. I ordered 4 total for my kids. All of the lids came off of the cups extremely easily. When asking the worker at the window for some napkins- after he saw what happened while in the drive thru - he went to put two napkins in the bag, I told him I needed more, he gave me two more… I said no half of this milkshake is all over my car. He put two more in the bag and shut the window quickly. Not once did he offer more napkins, assistance or a replacement. The food is sub par and over priced and the lids don’t fit their cups. I parked my car, went inside three different times to get more napkins to clean up the mess. When I sopped up most of the mess- I went inside for the final time. Being a total Karen. Walked up the counter told them their lids don’t fit their cups and they should look into it and the milkshake is all over my brand new car. Handed them the milkshake and bag of trash and walked out. I did not cause a scene. No other customers were disturbed. This was the Freddy’s in Royersford PA. Incident 4/6/25. Around 3:30pm. TERRIBLE experience.

Not sure who calls fast food fast food when it takes 21 minutes for a burger and fries. High prices slow service not coming back. Feel bad for roasting the door dasher

Most insulting meal I ever had. Double cheeseburger and I kid you not…the two burgers together were thinner than a slice of cheese. 11.99. Disgrace. Never be back. Giving honest review. Total freeking rip off. Paper thin meat…no burger. Never ever ever go back. They are screwing you!!!

The fries I did not like, very thin shoestring potatoes. The burger was ok but I was expecting better. Did like the crispy edges.

I have used this Freddy's location multiple times it is next to Chick fila. The drive through lines are busy during peak hours. There is a limited parking. Entrance to this place is challenging watch for signs.
The interior is nice and maintained well. Gives a nice vibe to it.
I have ordered veggie burger, fries and also fries with cheese. Everything tastes good. The staff is friendly.
Definitely worth the visit.

Came from Harrisburg for Freddy's, never disappoints. Tables were dirty, wish they can a sanitation area so we could wipe them down properly.

Freddy's had an awesome night crew working on 8/17. The service went above and beyond that night. I got a flat tire turning into Freddy's. A gentleman that took my order was SOO HELPFUL and was very knowledgeable on changing tires. I apologize that I did not get his name ??‍♀️. But your help and generosity was so appreciated in such a crazy world we are living in. Thank you AGAIN.

This place is the absolute bomb for burgers....... This place is clean, bright, fresh and retro. The burgers are fantastic and the shoe string french fries are absolutely delicious, Be sure to get their fry seasoning and their special sauce for dipping. (There was a problem with the soda machine, I brought it to the manager's (Kurt) attention and before I left the building he had made the call to have it fixed. We made a return visit less than a week later, and the machine was fixed.) I have not visited any other Freddy's locations. However, if there anything like this one, they're worth the visit. They have a pretty nice menu, and the prices are pretty good as well. Don't waste your time with any of those other fast food burger joints. Go to Freddy's frozen custards and steak burgers, You won't be disappointed and unlike that famous chicken place that's closed on Sundays and Doesn't give a military or veteran's discount because it's too much of a hassle- Freddy's has a veterans/military discount which they are more than happy to give( It's usually on a particular day of the week that they give it, but if you mention you are a veteran, they will give you the discount) this place is our new go to for a fantastic burger at a great price. #kulinarymafia approved! ????
