Not sure what the hype is around this place. Quality pizza. Better than most. Fresh dough. But it's SUPER ordinary. Lacks flavor, taste. It's literally good BORING pizza. Sadly nothing special about it. And super expensive for the lack of surprise. I'll give it another try but it may do more harm than good. I'm hoping the cheesesteaks are better when I find the courage to go back. $43 for a plain and a pepperoni that was super boring. Roni cups looked great, but were ridiculously underwhelming.

I ordered from here as I am always looking for a good pie. This place just opened up. We ordered two pizzas, the white pizza, the Donato and a square Brooklyn style pizza, the Smitty. Both were quite good, the Donato nice and chewy the Smitty a bit more tough and crispy. The sauce is dolloped on, much more viscous than your typical tomato sauce on a pie but much more flavorful. People here were nice and friendly. They didn't look particularly busy and my pies were ready in the time given. There were a lot of pies visible on the counter so from the looks of things you might be able to score some pizza by the slice, but I'm not sure about that. Look at the pictures on line. My pies looked just like them.

We ordered Gentilis pizza and sandwiches for a party and WOW the food was so good! Guests were asking where did we get it, and we were happy to take home leftovers for once. Thank you Gentilis, we’ll be back!

First visit yesterday @ 5:30. The place is brand new, so certainly clean. There are a decent # of tables, but most folks were take-out. One table for six near the side window, a handful of tables for four and one or two small tables for 2. Great service all around. The owner was on hand and training someone, so a lot on his plate while they gain popularity. For dinner, my wife and I split a Cheesesteak with onions and Cooper Sharp (standard) plus a large Abruzzese pie. The cheesesteak wasn't stuffed to the gills, but super tender and flavorful. Loaded with cheese (a bit too much for my taste, but I know I'm in the minority) with a seeded roll crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside (Carangi roll). Large onions cooked perfectly. The pie was solid too. Not as thin as I was expecting based on some of the early pics, but not overly salty as someone mentioned here. Great balance of flavors and served to us within 15 minutes. Overall, a great meal on that cheat day. I'll have to try their monthly special. I believe it was a meatball with vodka sauce. Note: Surprised this place didn't get a mention in Godfather of Meat's top 10 based on his stellar review of the place. Ah well. Too many to choose from I guess.

This establishment is NOT to be trusted.I had the pizza the first time & it was pretty good, the second time it seemed dry and burned but what ruined my takeout was that they never handed me my 2 cups for drinks that I paid for; also I wasn't given a receipt nor was I even offered one. So they forgot to give me my two drinks. After I left I realized it so I called and spoke with someone, they said come back but I couldn't as I was nearly home so the man said "next time". I was satisfied. Next time was yesterday and the rude sales person said "no one told me about that" and didn't want to give me my drinks. When he asked the name of who I spoke to I said I couldn't remember but if he told me the names of the employees I would remember and he could then check with them. He offered up four names to which I said it was none of them, he said "that's it". I said there's more than four people working right now. The pizza looked dry and burned so I thought I'd try a cheesesteak. I ordered one. When it came time to pay I thought I finally shamed him into complying and he gave me one cup. I reminded him that it was TWO missed drinks. He didn't want to give me two cups. I also thought it a little high that ONE cheesesteak would have cost $18.00 by itself (but I do understand that materials and labor are high), so I think he possibly tried to charge me for the drinks again with NO RECEIPT again. When I questioned the price he mumbled something in non English to which point I said never mind I don't trust what you're going to do to my cheesesteak now and I'd like my money back. He sarcastically and demeaningly said, "sure Sweetie, whatever you want". I reminded him that I was not his "Sweetie" and that I would never return since they basically stole two sodas from me. My money can be better spent elsewhere than to have to deal with this nonsense and poor service. As it turns out I just looked at the pricing online - $14.00 for a cheesesteak - with tax that's $14.84 NOT $18.00. If the owner would like to know which person is in question I noticed that he had one set of eyelashes completely blonde, the other black. If this is you (the owner) then shame on you because now the public knows how you run your business. If it's your employee, then it's time to train him on appropriate customer service. This establishment is NOT to be trusted. You will no doubt not be here long with that attitude.

Without question the best cheesesteak I've had in years. And I've had them all. Top five in or out of Philly.

Try this place as you will be glad you did. The pizza is the best around truly. The nice thin crispy crust and quality ingredients set this pizza above the average. Recommend the "Gentilli's" pizza especially if you enjoy mushrooms as we enjoyed this choice with the spinach and mushrooms. I am craving my next pizza.

We've had amazing pizzas from this place. The crust is the best I've had since moving to the US. I definitely recommend this place.

This pizza reminds me of the pizza in the Exton Mall before the food court. The cheese is awesome. Perfectly “well done” pie executed.

we ordered pizza this weekend and last time we ordered the pizza was amazing but yesterday the pizza crust was burnt and the pizza itself was extremely salty. I was disappointed. I will try again but not to soon.
