Had a nice experience here! I love the clearly labeled vegan items and how helpful the staff were are making sure things were vegan for me and GF for my friend. The mango sushi rolls were super yummy! The veggie bao buns were fine, but seemed to be lacking in sauce. Definitely a missed opportunity to make them delicious with a few additional ingredients. Overall, I’d like to come back to try the spicy vegan ramen and other vegan options!

I'm truly sorry to say this, as the staff were courteous and attentive, but this was the most disappointing bowl of ramen I've had—possibly in the last decade. I visited just as they opened and ordered the cauliflower appetizer along with the tonkotsu ramen. Strangely, the ramen only comes in a “spicy” option. Even when I requested the mildest level, it arrived with a noticeable layer of red chili oil. I have no issue with spice—I've enjoyed far spicier—but I was looking forward to experiencing the authentic tonkotsu flavor, which shouldn't require added heat to stand out.
Though the staff did inform me there might be a wait due to just opening, the cauliflower appetizer was served almost immediately—ironically, right after I returned from the restroom. Unfortunately, it was already cold, clearly reheated and likely leftover from the previous night. Serving something like that to one of the first customers of the day doesn’t reflect the standards I expected.
The ramen itself was the biggest letdown. It arrived lukewarm, with noodles that resembled instant ramen in both texture and appearance. The chashu, typically a highlight of tonkotsu ramen, was oddly chewy and lacked flavor. I left two slices uneaten—which is unlike me, as I typically finish my meals out of respect for the value of money and food.
To make matters worse, the restaurant had fans running instead of air conditioning during extremely hot weather. Not only was this uncomfortable, but with sushi on the menu, managing ambient temperature is critical for food safety. Cutting corners like this undermines the experience and raises serious concerns about food quality.
I came here based on a coworker's recommendation and hoped to have a pleasant experience, but I can only conclude that this was a complete miss. For a restaurant with a reputation to maintain, there simply shouldn't be “off” days. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Food was decent service when we went was very below par. Appetizer came after we finished entrees. Did not take our order correctly we were there for over 1.5. The dining room was incredibly hot, AC wasn't working.

You guys need to turn delivery apps off. Every time I come as a driver you guys are the slowest establishment in not only Exton, but chester county period. Every single time it’s a 20+ min wait. It’s unacceptable, and it’s a waste of both drivers and customers time. If you can’t handle the volume, turn the apps OFF!
