Food is delicious. We both got ramen, loved it great vegetables, delicious broth.
Service needs improvement. Very friendly but slow, very slow. I will go back again because it was good.

We had a birthday party there tonight with 27 people. We had two servers, who meticulously took care of us. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the service was amazing! Thank you to the staff!!!

We had a party of 25 which they accomadated very well. The food was fresh and delicious. The service for such a big group was amazing.
It is a beautifully decorated space and our servers were super friendly.

Excellent food and service ! My husband had the tonkotsu black ramen with extra eggs and add on hakata beef, he finished it all!! I had a shrimp rice bowl, we also had the beef,chicken and tofu skewers, they were all amazing ? We will definitely come back！

Hakata Ramen in Exton offers an overall average experience. The service was off-putting, as the waiter tried to dictate the tip amount, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. As far as the food goes, the ramen lacks authenticity, with flavors that fall short of traditional expectations. However, the sushi is a redeeming factor, with good quality and taste. Unfortunately, Not the best experience for me. May be I am spoilt with my recent experience in Ichiran!

Amazing food, quick service, welcoming staff! I have been here twice and both times I had a great experience. The ramen broth was rich and flavorful, pork buns work delicious. I also tried the crispy rice appetizer with spicy tuna and it was heaven on a plate. If you like a bit spicier the jalapeño tempura with spicy tuna appetizer was also fantastic. I will be going here frequently because the quality of the food is hands down some of the best I have had in a long time. This is my new favorite place to eat. Prices are good too! Thank you for giving me and my family a great meal with superb service.
Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old daughter is a picky eater and they were extremely accommodating as to what I requested and I really appreciated it. Very customer friendly.
