DO NOT WORK THERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT WORK THERE!! The general manager Minerva is unprofessional and does not know how to speak to customers. I tried to get my husband a job there thinking it was a good environment but once hired the wages are lower than the advertisement. I called the Exton restaurant to see the about the false advertisement and she was got defensive and said if he has an issue "he's a grown man he can come ask himself". Whether she was right or not there is a professional way to talk to customers and/or employees. I will be contacting the CEO through email and my company, and I will no longer be eating there going forward. It's very important for employers to teach employees how to speak professionally.

The food is good, but the staff is rude and the fans for the kitchen are so loud that I can't hear what anyone is saying. I should've checked with a decibel meter because I'm sure it's louder than what is considered safe without hearing protection.
