I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I understand working a night shift can be tough I’ve worked in customer service for years myself but if you sign up for the job, professionalism and respect toward customers should still be a priority.
My cousins and I walked in after a great night out, just looking to end the evening on a good note. Instead, the person behind the counter was extremely rude and negative, giving us unnecessary attitude from the moment we walked in. It honestly ruined the vibe and left a bad impression.
Customer service should never make people feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. This experience was unacceptable and I hope management addresses it.
They close by 12:35 not at 1pm as advertised! Arrogant staff! Worst service ever better choose some other location! Kept us waiting from all the way from 12:35 to 1:10pm

Came to try them out, had multiple people telling me they were better than crumbl. Wasn’t too impressed, They were not as sweet. Didn’t taste gourmet, seemed like they were the traditional cookies you get at weis & giant bakery. Just my opinion… M&M was 4/10 confetti was 8.5/10 …not bad but…
Ill stick with crumbl 🙂
