Fast food concept and quality, but restaurant cost. It clearly isn't working. We were there Friday night less than 25 people there. Walk in stood there for a couple minutes until we realized it was seat yourself. Sat a a booth and waited a few more minutes until we realized there was no wait service. I flagged the bartender down and asked what the deal was and he explained we had to order up at the bar. Now I need to find out what everyone wants to drink and eat get up and order. But wait!!! I have to bring the drinks back to the table, go fill the sodas in paper cups and when the food was ready go and get it from another counter. 4 people 2 drinks 2 soda (no iced tea) 3 sandwiches a salad and some fries. $96!!!! But here's the worst part. When I went back to the bar to pay the bill had gratuity suggested at the bottom starting at 18%. FOR WHAT? I guess I could tip myself.... Who at Iron Hill thinks this is what people want ???

Came to Iron Hill on vacation in hopes of some decent food and a nice experience. To my surprise, the Tap BLT was excellent. A nice spin on the classic with fresh arugula, pepperoni, and pesto. The only reason for the missing star was our bartender Jess, who scared me a little bit.

I come about every other month out of convenience — in the past the service was heinous. However, this place has done a complete u-turn on that front. Ken, one of the managers, has done a phenomenal job prioritizing service. I’ve had Ashley, Blake, Jake as bar tenders now and they are all conversational and knowledgeable about what is being served. If I was a local I would come here routinely. Always a great selection on tap — food selection average but what is served is what you’d expect from a brewery. 10/10.

We're from out of town. Stopped in for a late lunch. We didn't want fast food. Saw this place & figured, what the heck. We're not craft beer type people, but we had a good experience. We tasted a few different beers. The food was pretty good.

Our first couple of visits to this bar were subpar at best.. The bartenders were too young and inexperienced.. Service wasn't great..That all changed one Saturday afternoon when we had Jess as our bartender.. Her hospitality was outstanding and her service was impeccable !!! We've got to know alot of bartenders in this area but Jess outshines them all!! We now come every Saturday just because of her..In my opinion she would be a great manager, she's that good ?

Although it's a different concept and layout from a "traditional" Iron Hill, I was happily surprised as a frequent patron of other locations. I should preface this review by stating we did not get food--and the food menu is quite small--but the bar service was excellent and friendly. If you're wary like I was because of other reviews, it's still worth a visit, especially if you are a fan of other Iron Hills and are looking for something a little different.

They don't serve non-alcoholic beer. There are plenty of good NA options on the market now but for some reason Iron Hill doesn't carry them. The Iron Hill in Exton is right near my house so we would like to go for dinner, and I love a beer, but if they don't have an NA option or two, I'll have to go elsewhere.

I wanted to try Eagleview Iron, but was disappointed. Wait on yourself. I WAS 2nd customer waited for a 9 burger that was hard and cheese was not melted. Too much sauce. French fries hard and cold. This was right after opening. Do not recommend!
Service at the bar and knowledge of beers was good. Food choices are basic pub food. I expected fun, eclectic food choices since they are technically a brewery.

Very unfriendly staff. Food took a tremendous amount of time to be ready despite us basically being the only patrons in the place at lunch time. Expensive considering it’s not a restaurant.

Zero Stars. Food had mold on burger roll. Everything was pre-made and put in microwave. Place was cold and had leaks. Water everywhere. DO NOT GO.

I don't know if it's just me being weird but this place confuses me. I've been here a dozen times and everytime I feel they have a new way to order food and drinks. Initially it was sit down with a server, then COVID happened and they went to order food yourself and the server would bring it to you and any drinks the table ordered. Then they went to get drinks on your own and order the food and you get a vibrating puck. Now you line up at the bar like a cafeteria and pay for your drink. Pretty soon I'm going to be cooking the food and brewing the beer.

They cancelled our delivery order with no explanation. Over an hour until they close... So I know it's not a last minute issue. This is our first experience with this location too. Was excited to try. Oh well.
