Took one hour for my order. Sometimes the chicken is too hot and over cooked and is sometimes cold but the inside is very cool. Very cheap prices and food makes you full. Don't recommend buying food on Saturday they take too long

The food sat and got refried in old oil, and had to wait at least 20 minute before we even got food and food wasn't fresh at all, maybe with better mangerment this place could thrive but I don't see that happening with the current people in that operation!!

I have had bad Kentucky fried chicken but this is the worst I’ve ever had. Not only did we have to wait over 10 minutes for somebody to wait on us even though there was nobody in the restaurant the quality of the chicken was very bad and the biscuits weren’t even fully baked. To top it all off, we only got seven pieces in a bucket when we ordered an eight piece bucket and paid for same.

There was nobody in the drive thru or inside when we were waiting for someone to take our order inside at the counter. It was like a ghosts town. Guessing staff was outside at the time or who knows what they were doing. We waited about 10 minutes before this girl comes out and then another staffer comes out to cook food. Took about 25 more minutes for her to get the food. I get it that they’re understaffed but their demeanor isn’t great. This location just needs to shut down.

Each and every time we order from here we get slops or there is another problem. They’re either out of Taco Bell or KFC. There is no effort in the presentation or taste. I literally just ordered hard tacos and almost puked. The meat was super cold and did not taste right and the shells were broken and soggy. How is that when I literally just ordered them and pulled over immediately to eat. The employees are unprofessional and do not care. This is literally the last time we get anything from this particular store. At this point they should just shut it down completely . That’s the only downside to living on the Mainline is that the fast food around here just sucks. The only Taco Bell we enjoy is the one all the way in Boyertown.
2.7 stars! I bet that has something to do with how they run the business. 1. Aren’t Taco Bell’s open until 1am? And they had the doors locked at 9pm. I didn’t get in and I will NEVER bother going back!

This place is a joke and won't come back until they get their act together. The lady at the drive thru had me on hold for 10 minutes, didn't have any chicken wings by 1pm, there was a line at the pick up window of three cars and service was completely slow. I bailed out of the line because of the lackadaisical customer service and the long wait. This has been going on for years and will take my business to West Chester location.
