Go to drive thru it was more than a minute of silence then gentleman says hold on a sec. it's cold outside so I'm just sitting there I clearly see it's not busy so I go to next window the guy ask what I'm waiting on I told him the situation so the guy with hat and plats or dreads say can't take it order right here. No eye contact at all I was asked to back up I drove off all he had do was say ma'am I'm backed up gave me a wait time or asked me to come in store need more customer service training utterly ridiculous to have someone just sitting there

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and every single time I go my order is always missing something. And everytime some guy is taking my order he is rushing me when I’m trying to look at the menu and place an order. I simply said “one moment please.” And I hear him before he cuts out his mic “oh my god-“
There was no reason to be rushing me as nobody was behind us. And this happens every single time I go. I really want somebody in upper management to give this place a look over. And as I said my order is always missing something. And of course they don’t give me a receipt at window or in the bag so I can’t prove that I ordered it. Next time I will be asking for a moment at the menu. I will be wanting a receipt. And I will be recording my next visit.

The store in Exton, PA is absolutely horrible. It's not clean, it's freezing cold (during the summer), and there is a very odd vibe in there. We walked in and walked out.
Seems like a teenage hangout. People vaping their cars, and about 20 kids in blue t-shirts inside. Trust me, I was a bored teenager, so I get it, but they took up all the tables and had no food. Obviously, I'll not be returning to this horrible store.

I went through the drive thru and had to pull ahead and wait. I told the guy who took my money that I wanted some mild sauce for my tacos. He said sure! They were not in the bag and I was waiting in the parking area. I had to go inside anyway. Not happy!

I was excited to go grab KFC and some Taco Bell today. We wanted to hang with the fam and keep it simple. Not worry about cooking. Pulled up and the service was a 5 star. They had that southern hospitality vibe. From beginning to end, it was perfect. Got home and the food unfortunately wasnt good. The dorito tacos were soggy. Im talking, No crunch at all. The lettuce inside looked bad. Ive been craving these dorito tacos for weeks and this didnt at all satisfy my craving. I even ordered 5 packets of the avocado verde salsa at .20 cents a pop and we didnt get any and I wasnt about to drive back just to grab them. The chicken lacked that KFC fried deliciousness and the fries were so soggy. We made the best of it but it wasnt what we had expected from them. The service was A+ but the food was a D-.
Im hoping that the next time we order from them, we get what we are looking for on the food end and I’ll update my rating but for now, it’s fair.

Everyone at the counter and in the back are slugging around.. not one person wants to be there to work… everyone just looks miserable and they treat you as such… horrible experience with this KFC and I’ve lived in the area for 3-4 years now.. I’ve only came here twice and both times were Horrible! They choose to work there it doesn’t mean treat customers as if you don’t care at all!! That’s the whole experience!!! They don’t care about customers or anything at all… they’re there for a paycheck that’s it!!

I ordered a bucket of chicken and it was inedible. The chicken was burnt and the oil must have been bad because it had a nasty aftertaste. We had to throw it away.
The most disgusting place in all of Exton, I will never come here in my life, everything is dirty, the floors are dirty, I don’t say anything about the toilet. But the most important thing is the people who work in this place, the whole place smells of weed, all the workers, without exception, are stoned, even minors, the most disgusting place

Service was great as I use the drive-thruthe major problems I have is the fries are hard and the oil needs to be changed if KFC is going to serve breast and thighs they need to clean them. The chicken was really slimy and I got a crunchy kind also, the coleslaw looks like mucus. The saucy nugget is really good. The biscuit was good and that’s about it.
