I ordered a 4pc original with Mac n cheese. I got mashed potatoes instead of Mac n cheese. And for some reason they gave me ketchup packets.People were nice.

Service was great as I use the drive-thruthe major problems I have is the fries are hard and the oil needs to be changed if KFC is going to serve breast and thighs they need to clean them. The chicken was really slimy and I got a crunchy kind also, the coleslaw looks like mucus. The saucy nugget is really good. The biscuit was good and that’s about it.

Caren, the gentleman manager, is nothing but rude, unprofessional, not customer friendly at all, and should not be working with the public. He hasn't 1 ounce of customer service skills. He is insulting to the customers that keep him in business... It's crazy. It was March 5th when I go and order our food.. I get back to Phoenixville and discovered that someone gave us the wrong order. I called immediately.. A nice gentleman assistant manager... who was not Caren... apologized for the mix- up.. He said not to bring the food back. Meanwhile my wife just tested for Covid and I did as well several days later. The assistant manager said he would refund the order back to the credit card (which I gave to him over the phone) ... He said it could take up to 5 to 7 days and to check with our bank if we didn't see it. After being sick with Covid... we just checked today and noticed the credit wasn't back on the credit card, so we called immediately and spoke to the manager today. My wife explained the entire story to Caren as I was sitting there... while they were on speaker... listening. He starting yelling and shouting... asking why it has been 1 month and we are just complaining about the food now. We don't know how he came up with that deduction... since we had already told him our first phone call was the same exact night we got the food.. . plus it hasn't even been 1 month. He started screaming that he's not giving any refund to anyone and that he doesn't care what his other manger said or promised us and that we should have brought back the food regardless of any reason or illness. ( which is even more disturbing).. He proceeded to insult us screaming "I ain't giving anybody free money there are scammers out there looking for free money.. You're a scammer" etc. More insults were thrown. We've never experienced such rudeness before and hopefully we never will again... especially from a so- called manager. He should be fired. There's no room for anyone like him in the work force. Btw, our jobs are white - collar and we make good money.. Not knocking anyone who works blue- collar jobs or fast - food... I am saying what I'm saying because of his insults... insinuating that we are scammers and whatnot. My six-year old would have handled this situation ten-times better than Caren.

Fantastic hot chicken at a great price. The coleslaw was delicious but the mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were just ok. However, we really went for the chicken, so we were disappointed. The biscuits were delicious too, but real honey (rather than high frustose concoction) or packets of jam would have made them perfect. Overall, surprised at how good it was!

Quality is way down at these places...my girlfriend ordered an 8 piece and 4 of them were the tiny wing sections. Support local establishments people!

The manager is amazing you can tell he cares about his job and his employees... we had light conversation and I felt seen by all the employees I didn't have a long wait my food was hot and I will always go

Have had issues at this location multiple times. My husband refuses to eat here now. Customer service is awful and they don’t abide by store hours. They would much rather refund you your money than make food. They have staff meetings in the middle of the day in the dining area with cars wrapped around the building in the drive thru. This was our last straw, we will no longer be giving KFC our business. Popeyes is closer anyway.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through window and not one single peeson came to the window after they took my order. I watched the lady inside pile the food up waiting for someone to come and give it to the customers who were waiting in line at the window. Again, not one single person came to the window within 10 minutes.I actually had to leave because I had to go back to work.

the worst place in Exton, is there even a manager or manager there, who is watching everything there? The staff doesn't know their job, that's putting it mildly. While waiting for an order, you can easily get old, horror. I do not recommend this place if you value your time and nerves ?????
