My Husband and I decided to go to longhorn this afternoon for a bite to eat. We get there the place was pretty empty so we are thinking this was a perfect time of day to come. We are seated with no problem 10-15 minutes goes by no one comes to take our drink order til finally Kristin comes to see if we have been helped and takes our drink order even thou we were not her table. She even apologized and made sure our server knew we were waiting on her. Our server Alyssa came apologies again because she didn't know we were her guest. Took our appetizer order and bought our drinks out. The manager brings our appetizer out and apologies and covers our appetizer. We wait another 5 minutes and our server comes back to take our order. Well low and behold we never got our food cause it was like 45 minutes after our order was taken and we were still waiting. We told them we would pay for our drinks but to cancel our food order because apparently it was never put in not sure why but the manager covered the drinks as well. While all this was going on the place starts to get crowded and people who came in after us were getting there food while we were still waiting. We tipped Alyssa and left Not sure if we will be returning. There was a couple at the table behind us who began questioning where their food was too and they were told it should be coming shortly but they probably should of had their food around the same time as us but like I said others who came after us were being served first. Hope the service got better.

Great experience all the way around. Food was delicious( bit too salty, but that's typical for restaurant fare). Had chicken, baked potato, and salad. The potato was baked to perfection, not overcooked as I am used to. Salad was great size and filled with ingredients other than lettuce. The chicken , juicy, and flavourful. My dinner partner had the rack of ribs, which was also delicious. Her potato was consistent with mine, soft and not hard outside skin. Perfect. Would recommend Longhorn @ the Exton location , no doubt.

It was an absolutely amazing dinner with my son. We were stuffed when we left. Service was quick snd she was very accommodating and helpful. Atmosphere was just right, wasn’t crowded when we went. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. Stuffed mushrooms were delicious, we also got the onion as an app and took it home and heated in air fryer the next day and was still amazing. Steaks (Flo) very filling and cooked to perfection! We will be back!

Stopped here while passing through the area. The service was mid-grade. The waiter forgot a lot of things that were asked for. There was too much salt added to the food making for an unpleasant experience. Food was replaced and still had a high level of salt. Paying is easy once they finally get around to giving you the bill. Overall, we would not stop at this restaurant again there’s plenty of other options in the area.

Consistently excellent. This location’s become a go to for family celebrations and birthdays. The menu is wide-ranging and varied enough for people of all taste. I’ve never had an issue with the temperature or flavor of any food that I’ve ordered, and the sides are well portioned and tasty. I’ve recently been introduced to their lunch menu and was pleasantly surprised with the size of the food and the options for a really great price. Try their French onion soup if you have a chance!

My wife and I went there for lunch looking for a steakhouse. We both took a sirloin steak, with fries for her and baked potatoes for me. The steak was good and well cooked but served with nothing, just the fries or potatoes. We would have expected a sauce or something. Just ketchup, not even mayo. We were disappointed. The baked potato had just enough stuff on it to eat the top. In the end, you just eat a potato with nothing else. Too bad, the steak was good.
