The Longhorn in Exton is very good. Food is always delicious and service is excellent. I think the prices are fair for what you get. I have never had a bad meal at this location. Will keep going back.

Our favorite night out. This location in Exton never disappoints! Great food severed hot and fresh. I know no one comes here for the house salad but this place always has the best salad of any other steakhouse! Steaks done to order! Chicken Perfection! Warm bread and butter to start. Great atmosphere and friendly fast servers! Why eat anywhere else and pay more???

I usually don’t write reviews, but this is an unacceptable issue. I’ve had missing honey mustard in my orders twice. This is not okay. Not when I’m tipping for service. My tips aren’t sensational by any means, but they’re not $0 either. Eating out is already expensive enough with inflation. As a courtesy, I tip. In return, I don’t get everything that comes with my order! I spent my entire day yesterday in the ER. I haven’t had Longhorn since they forgot my sauce the last time, so I figured I’d give them another chance. A big mistake! However, how could I have known any better? I was tired, hungry, and drained. When I finally get home with my food, I am missing my sauce yet again. I’m not trying to tell anyone how to do their jobs, but this is just ridiculous. It’s simple reading and instructions. Frankly, I’m not asking for much at all considering it’s a part of my order. If it wasn’t, I would’ve selected the “no sauce” option. It just makes me mad, especially after I leave a decent tip! I’m not interested in coming back here for a long time. If I do, I’m not giving another cent to this establishment or its questionably trained staff. Clearly, my tips aren’t appreciated. Avoid eating out here. Don’t leave tips. Maybe, it’ll inspire the staff to start actually reading and paying attention to what people order. Dine-in experience is usually pleasant, but they could’ve went downhill with that as well.
First off the bar tender has no idea how to make traditional drinks like Manhattan only the sugary drinks. They used to make great drinks their bar is empty for a reason. Secondly their ribeyes are hit and miss. Sometimes they are better than other more pricey steak houses but other times u get the end of the ribeye Less tenderness and marbling. Over all they are close but so far away for me to come back.

What a horrible experience me and my family just had. We came for a night out to dinner which we rarely do, arrived at the restaurant at 7pm we ordered at 7:10 and didn’t get our food until 8:20. Waiting an hour and 20 mins for our food is absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn’t have cared as much if it had only been my wife and mother in law but we had our 2 year old daughter with us and no one thought to bring her food out faster then ours! Inconsiderate. We won’t be coming back to this location.

My wife and granddaughter got a severe case of food poisoning from here on 11/28/25. It is now 12/1/25 and they are still having effects from it. My wife spoke to the manager over the phone to let him know and all he could say was ok. No apology or how can theymake this right, just a cold reply. I would recommend to stay far away from this place.
