Bailed on our party last minute. Scrambling to find a cold treat for our son’s party.
Bailed on our party last minute… 80 - 100 disappointed people. Do not use!!!!
Pretty good ice cream!
Amazing customer service and food. Staff very friendly and helpful
Great ice cream however the outside seating should to be washed down daily due to it attracting bugs.
We have been here before and enjoyed the ice cream with mix ins. Today was a disaster because our ice cream was totally melted before we even payed for it, and we ended up throwing away most of it. Even using several napins, both my daughter and I got ice cream all over our clothing. So far the chocolate is not coming out of pants that were worn for the first time. A very expensive diappointment!
If it wasn’t for my pregnancy cravings I wouldn’t go. My husband has gone there twice and received terrible attitudes from people who’ve worked here. Whenever we order things mixed in with our ice cream, they’re very clumpy and clearly rushed to be done and over with.
Ice cream ok. Customer service logistics on a Saturday night is insane.
Before today, I didn't know I like a little bit of peanutbutter in my chocolate chip cookie. Now I know! This place rocks
The ice cream and cookies are pretty good, but this place is just way too expensive. I bought 3 cookies and it cost nearly $14! They aren’t gigantic or anything, they are regular sized cookies. $4.50+ per cookie is insane.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Management/Ownership needs to teach their employees what customer service is. I went in with my family ready to spend money and not one person looked up or acknowledged us or ANYONE in the entire building. They all looked annoyed that they were there. Not my problem. On top of that, the one girl was eating food in front of us, scooping toppings with the same spoon that was in her mouth. No gloves, nothing. Disgusting and disrespectful. We left with no purchase obviously. When I called about my experience a nice manager apologized and said the owner would handle it. He was extremely aggressive and pompous. Not a single sorry for your experience… instead he was questioning me about my job experience? I responded with that doesn’t matter. Said he would call me back never did. 0 out of 5 stars. Awful. Instead we went to Insomniac Cookies where their ice cream was delicious! And excellent service.

The manager is extremely rude. She calls herself a manager but can't check the gift card balance. She is lazy and rude as well. I had a gift card wanted to check balance tried calling the customer care but no help. So had to visit the store and to my surprise the manager was so rude she just wouldn't help check the balance which is really sad and frustrating. To my surprise she said she doesn't know how to check the balance. Later when asked she suggested to buy something so she can tell what is left. And then I asked her what's the minimum to load she was like $50 are you serious. Worst experience ever.
