It took 2 hours to be served. I waitress kept ignoring us while trying to complain, and didn’t serve us all the meals we ordered, some dishes took even longer than 2 hours to be served. Spending is low because there was no food to pay for.

We went in at 7pm, and still did not get our food at 8:56! This restaurant is crazy! They prioritized all take out orders, and does not give a dam to in-store customers! Do not go!

I had the Dry Pepper Chicken delivered. It was one of the most delicious and perfectly prepared chicken dinners I've ever had. Looking forward to returning next time I'm in town.

Best food in the area, by a wide margin! As long as you’re eating in

Stop researching where to go out to eat today and go here NOW. I was blown away by how fantastic the food was - by far the best dry pot I’ve ever had. Incredible authentic Sichuan food. The staff was so friendly and lovely to chat with. My partner and I can’t wait to go back again!

I literally live across the continent from Mama Wong's in tha San Francisco area but visit the Philadelphia area a few times a year. Every time I look forward to dining there.

This time was no exception. The staff and kitchen proved themselves yet again. Cumin lamb with hand pulled noodles was perfect. Dry spicy chicken was crispy fried, not greasy at all and very tasty. I always have tea smoked duck since it is very hard to find in San Francisco and Mama Wong's surpasses any that I have found.

The restaurant is elegant and always clean, impeccably so. Hostess/waitstaff/bussers are courteous and show their pride.

There is no Szechwan restaurant in San Francisco that comes close to Mama Wong's. I would never have expected to find such a gem in a suburban Philadelphia strip mall.

Great that they were open on Christmas however I was told there was an hour and ten minute wait that was actually more than an hour and a half for takeout.Food was ok…I feel it’s overpriced and a bit bland on flavor. There were no napkins or plastic silverware included when we got to our hotel and had to find some.Probably would not return here again.

Just recieved our order. $5 for 2 spring rolls, $20 for General Tso with NO RICE. Soup dumpling was meh and Egg Drop Soup is boring.

Saturday I went to my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area; Mama Wong's in Eagleview/Exton. As usual, the food was terrific and made a fine finish to the day. The people are pleasant, but service was a little slow so I knocked off a bit for that. While they make the usual American/Chinese dishes, there are also some that seem more genuinely Chinese. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Mama Wongs used to be amazing - well reviewed by LaBan, Main Line Today - and we ate here a lot. We took a break for a bit and tonight was our first takeout order for a while and the recent reviews are spot on. The food is not cooked well, tastes are off and we are disappointed that the quality is not what it once was. My dumplings were hard as a rock on the outside and the sauce tasted like vinegar. My won ton soup was terrible - the noodles were mushy and the broth was tasteless. It’s also pretty tasteless to charge $1 for rice. Sad that we have to find a new place - this place used to be awesome.

Let this place go out of business. You can tell it’s been heading that way for a while. They are clearly relying on people who have never been there before to get suckered into ordering overpriced bland food. $17 for a small dinner entree and $14 for a small bland pork fried rice side. The entrees don’t even come with rice. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ordered two dishes online for pickup and i was in a rush. Website added a 20% tip by default and I didn’t notice until after I paid. This is a very slimey practice! They lost a regular customer for ever.

Underwhelming lunch special better values elsewhere in this area. Beef and broccoli “ sauce “was watered down. Spring roll was gummy and bland. No utensils or napkins for take out either.
