This place is horrible. Please, don’t go there! The menu ordered was quite little for $15, but not just that, there was disrespect from the Chinese lady. I went to sit to wait for my order, instead she said I should go wait where other people are making their orders. I find it disrespectful. They do not seem to learn how to treat their regular customers with respect.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not good. The food was below average, definitely not worth the high prices. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and not attentive. I expected better service and quality for what I paid. I wouldn’t recommend this place..It seriously needs major improvement or should consider closing.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered shrimp lo mein and was shocked to find only 4 shrimp in the entire dish for $15! It was just a small box of noodles, and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, when I asked for sauce on the side, I was told it would cost $2 per packet. Absolutely ridiculous. Feels like they’re just trying to rip customers off. Very disappointing experience I won’t be ordering again.

I order take-out there so many time. But I was so disappointed by last time’s order. I ordered over $100 for 4 meals but there’s like no rice in the bag at all. And i thought they just forgot to put the rice in BUT one of my friends told me that they just started to charge 1 or 2 dollars for the rice? I order through uber eats and there’s no sign for no rice and no where for me to order the rice. So I don’t understand why the extra charge come from. The meal was too salty without rice and I don’t have time for buying or cooking rice I mean that why I order take-out or delivery.

The food is good, but an incident of horrible service has left a poor taste. We reached the restaurant at 8.05 PM knowing fully well that it closes at 9.00 PM. Orders were delivered quickly. At 8.30, we were half way through the food, but the bill was delivered. I realized that these guys are tired and needed to go home, so, I paid the bill and we started to finish up faster, in good pace to be out of there before 9 PM. However, at 8.40, the waitress started pulling unfinished plates away from our table! We had to stop her. Then at 8.45, she started cleaning the floor. The smell of the cleaning solution engulfed the air. It was stomach churning. Too bad that I had already paid the bill with a generous tip. This was unacceptable behaviour and certaintly did not deserve a tip. Since this incident, we haven't eaten in here. Family loves the food, so we do takeouts, and do not tip for that.

We will never go back. Gave it a second try after the first time we had an unfortunate experience of poor customer service by the same woman who’s always there (seems as she wears the same outfit each time in all black)… well, well, she recognized us and was even more rude the second time and we only gave her a gentle constructive criticism to have more efficient service. I don’t know if this woman is the owner or what but she’s condescending and has the same disingenuous half smile and her vibe is very off putting, maybe she’s struggling with some mental stuff we don’t know but that’s it for us
As for food- there are far too many better places nearby like umami to go back so adios amigos

Ordered take out for the first time today. A bit pricier than other “fast food” Chinese food, but the quality is way better. Very tasty. Will be coming back!

We just picked up almost $100 of takeout and none of it was edible! How is this possible? It’s possible because every container had a half to 1 inch of grease flopping around in the bottom of it, everything was saturated. When I took the bags out and put them on the counter, there was an oil slick! Even the white rice which is steamed was covered in oil.
I poured the contents into different bowls and as I was spooning the food out grease was just pouring out of the containers.
The food was disgusting, hardly touched and thrown in the trash. I know that returning and asking for a refund would just have been a waste of my time. They don’t answer their phone. The mailbox is always full so there’s no accountability or customer service whatsoever. I also had to clean the trunk of my car which was covered in grease. We’ve been eating here for about five years and this was absolutely the last time!!!!!!!

This place used to be really good but has gotten really bad. The food we had tonight was terrible, covered in grease. Very, very greasy. Be careful takeout defaults to a 20% tip and is not easy to see. They charge for white rice, and the white rice was covered in grease. We are never going there again.

I have been coming here for a long time...always excellent. I think the bad reviews are from people that don't know Sichuan food. They aren't a Chinese American restaurant.dry pepper wings, dry hot pot, lamb with cumin and homemade noodles,Dan Dan noodles, fish with black bean sauce, pickled cabbage with fish...all outstanding.

Warning: they don't give RICE anymore with dishes a lady on the phone told me!!!! Super disappointing - how can you eat Chinese food that doesn't come with rice! And when you order rice, they are super stingy with it!!!! It's $1 and only a little comes with it. They already charged their Chinese dishes a little more expensive then other places but also doesn't come with rice and also stingy with rice when you purchase for $1. You need to purchase $4 worth of rice just for 2 people to eat unless you don't like rice. But Rice is a staple in Chinese food. Super odd

Prices are highest in the area and now they don’t include rice with entrees. Not worth the crazy prices.
