This McDonald’s is very hit or miss every time we order. One ongoing issue is the sauce. Unlike many other fast-food places that don’t charge for extra sauce, McDonald’s does — and at this location, even when you pay for it, you only receive it about half the time. It’s frustrating to be charged an extra dollar and then not get what you paid for. After being burned repeatedly, it really takes away from the overall experience, especially since the meal is much less enjoyable without the sauce.

I ordered breakfast food at 10:20 on the kiosk, and was waiting to pay and nobody even spoke to me for 20 minutes until I had to stop them as they were giving out another order, then they told me they no longer were offering breakfast. The service in this place is horribly unacceptable. Workers have no respect for their guests.
Every time I order breakfast I never get my hash brown! 2nd time! I don’t like McDonald’s food but the only thing I was holding onto was their breakfast and now I don’t want that anymore! Thank you for truly ruining my breakfast again! And no I don’t want to get in my car when I ordered it and get a free hashbrown! I want my food when I want my food! I already gave yall a break the first time when I coulda went off on yall! It’s always something with yall… you ask for extra syrup that you have to PAY for NOW and you can’t do that right! I hope yall get shut down! I don’t recommend anybody order for delivery or go there period!
