The staff here is always so polite and accommodating. A few times I had to call and revise pick up times for an online order I placed. Every time they are so gracious and able to push my order ahead so it’s ready for me. The cakes are of course delicious and we will always be return customers!

No comment on the quality of the CVS. But for the love of God only go to the self checkout if you are ready to check out. That includes having all the items you want to buy and payment ready.
1st time I start scanning because no one is at the line. Someone comes running over saying “wait”. I then have to wait for the associate to cancel my items so they can pay. This all happens before I do anything.
2nd time on a different day I see that some items were already scanned + a bag so I go to the other self checkout. But next person in line starts scanning and the same problem occurs. Bunch of 1 star customers

Manager was unwelcoming when I walked in with my children. Apparently because they were closing in 10 minutes. They pulled up my account and I ordered multiple cupcakes.
Upon returning home I saw an email stating cupcakes were BOGO. However, this wasn’t presented to me and I paid for all of my cupcakes.
I called and spoke with the same manager who advised they don’t advertise this deal, so since I didn’t mention it I didn’t get it. She said the deal was still going on so I could come back and place another order to get the deal. Not helpful. I won’t return.

Very kind workers who went above and beyond to help us make sure her and her fiancé got the flavors they wanted and made the day complete and special!

Yesterday was my wedding and the previous day my wedding cake ended up falling through. As a last minute effort my mom went here and bought a few cakes. Needless to say not a slice was left and everyone enjoyed it so much! They were able to provide us with the cakes we needed even with how last minute it was and were very kind to our situation. I had so many compliments on the cake!!! When they asked where it was from I was honest! Best cakes ever and best service!
Very fast and friendly employees. We got a box of 12 bundtinis. They are a bit pricey, but good.

I have visited NBC 4-5 times now. Gosh, their cakes are on another level. Soo addictive. I always get their bundlets because it’s the perfect size to share and enjoy while getting variety. I’ve tried their strawberry, raspberry and chocolate flavors and let me tell you they’re AH-MA-ZING. So fresh, so flavourful. They taste exactly what flavor they say. From the icing to the cake itself. They stay fresh up to almost an entire week. I literally wouldn’t have reviewed but was just eating their cake and couldn’t help myself. The staff is also ALWAYS friendly, prompt and speedy. I have been there as mentioned 3-4 times and each time got in and out in 5 mins or less. They’re also always stocked up, you never go in and they’re out. Must visit.

Excellent cakes period. However, after today’s experience, they will no longer have my business. Let me explain. I purchased a half dozen Bundt cakes from a local school fundraiser. Unfortunately the school was unable to fulfill my order and provide the correct flavors I ordered. So I called the local store in Exton and explained my situation and asked them if they would exchange a lemon Bundt cake for a chocolate chocolate chip one. The woman on the phone explained it was not their problem and the school signed for the cakes, stating they have the correct amounts. One would think, a local business would be understanding to my situation and simply exchange a $5.00 cake. So I will no longer be patronizing this Exton business nor will I be making the extra stop into the store to get a cake, like I usually do, when I am in the same shopping center getting my skates sharpened. I’m really disappointed with them, especially after being a long time customer.
