I placed a to-go order when I arrived at the store. I was told that the order would be ready in 10-15 mins. The order came out after 40 mins of waiting. I completely understand being busy but if you provide proper time estimates then people can make informed decisions - Because of this I missed a meeting. Furthermore, the staff were unapologetic about the whole thing. This location has bad service and I would not recommend it.

Nice atmosphere (the 4-star is because it can get loud), friendly workers, carpet menu, quick service. Recommend pumpkin spice pancakes!!

Met my family here for Sunday breakfast. Sat outside in the tent. It was warm and comfortable even though it was below 30 degrees outside. Server was very nice and quick with our orders. Food was great and a good value for the price.
