Nice atmosphere (the 4-star is because it can get loud), friendly workers, carpet menu, quick service. Recommend pumpkin spice pancakes!!

Met my family here for Sunday breakfast. Sat outside in the tent. It was warm and comfortable even though it was below 30 degrees outside. Server was very nice and quick with our orders. Food was great and a good value for the price.

BABY PORTIONS - I spent $20 on french toast and sausage - I got 3 tiny french toast sticks and 2 small sausage rolls. Baby portion amount of food for $20. I have never seen a diner not give you the large french toast bread stack especially for that price. Outrageous price to serving portion ratio.

Got breakfast delivery, they didn’t include any condiments, ketchup, salt pepper, no creamers or sugars for coffee, and no option to add these on the delivery but a $4 delivery fee is added. No napkins even though requested. Soggy toast and $4 for Minute Made OJ (not fresh). Don’t offer delivery if you’re not going to make an effort.
A regional exclusive restaurant only found in Pennsylvania, which offers a variety of amazing food. If you are ever near one, I strongly suggest you head on over. This place will make you forget about IHOP and Dennys. The brunch we had was so good, we came back the very next day.
Parking: Located in an outlet shopping center there is plenty of parking.
