Was a daily customer until today. I always ask for a simple scrambled eggs and biscuit. Same order, every day for two months. I ordered from there, because of convenience since it's close to my work. Every day, they manage to get my order wrong in some way. Burnt biscuits, most of the time. I told them over and over that I don't want my biscuits toasted. They always come with black tops or buttered when I tell them no butter every day. There's any number of problems every day, but still edible so I eat it. Today, I asked them not to toast them. They didn't even take my name for my pick up order today despite my trying to give it (I was ignored, and another customer was called while i was talking) so I had problems picking it up. When I got to work, I discovered my biscuits were FROZEN. That is malicious compliance if I ever saw it. I called them, and was told, "well, what do you want us to do about it?!" rudely. They don't care about the food they're giving you. They don't care about food safety at all. Not one bit. Every day, they didn't give one ounce of care to making sure what they were giving me was right. I ordered "2 scrambled eggs, biscuit dry" every day. Every day, they gave me "2 scrambled eggs, biscuit toasted", which is a completely different menu item! No matter if I politely corrected them in person or on the phone! It didn't matter how many times I said, no butter no toasting. And today was the final straw, being served frozen biscuits with a side of attitude. I asked for my money back as they gave me inedible food, and their service is so bad that I doubt I'll get it back. They've lost the business of my entire workplace and a daily customer. Good riddance!

A good clean place with an okay service.
The food wasnt that great. I had the Soup of the day (Italian garden) which was nice and hearty, and the Monte Cristo sandwich which was a bit bland).

I love this place! We came her from Reading which is a whole 40 minutes away. The food was good as usual except my hubby said his burger bun was cold and not toasted which threw him off and he didn’t enjoy his burger as he really would like. On the other hand I didn’t leave even a crumb on my plate. Had eggs, hash brown and sausage.
The reason for my *** is observing that NOT ONE SERVER/EMPLOYEE washed their hands the entire time we sat in the restaurant. It is hard to miss because the hand washing station in visible from every angle of the restaurant. They were touching dirty service ware, dirty tabletops, tip money, clean silverware, condiment bottles, bringing plates of food to the table. Touching high chairs, backs of chairs, their faces and their hair.
The worst offense is the skinny, redhead in glasses who used a paper towel to wipe something off the floor, balled it up in both hands, threw it in the trash and then immediately went to gather clean silverware. She then used the palm of her hand to wipe something off a table and then wiped her hand on her shirt.
The trash can near the hand wash sink was also overflowing with trash. Do better NUDYs’s this was a turn off.

It was good...not as good as the Grove (Malvern) or Audubon/Oaks locations, but still good.

We come about once a month because the kids love the pancakes. Today we had an excellent server who my daughter loved and wanted to let her know how kind she was. Her name is Mariana. She brought extra whipped cream for my daughter’s pancakes and was so sweet! I love their eggs Benedict myself. And their pancakes are great. Hash browns are bland, though. But most breakfast places unfortunately don’t have good hash browns or home fries.
