Food was not good! Got the spicy chicken, bento box, not spicy at all, chicken was not grilled, just plain cooked chicken with a sauce which was just ok, extremely disappointed. Kimchi was good the first night, had leftovers, 2 days later Kimchi did not taste very good. Salad was plain, no dressing. Will not go back to them again!

I had never experienced this type of dining. All you can eat but you order in waves, cook the meats on the grill in the table, then order again when there's space. We were full after two rounds, and they were happy to give us as much more as we asked. I would describe it as good not great, but definitely worth trying if you haven't before. They will help you cook and serve the meat. Just be patient as it's a bit of a learning curve first time in terms of ordering and eating.

Amazing Thanksgiving meal at O2! Our first Korean bbq was incredible thanks to the staff and food here.
All you can eat - cook Korean BBQ. Fun for a group. Lots of choices for dinner - steak, pork, chicken. Also have soups and salads. Will bring a new grill if original gets crusty from cooking.
Food was good. I just wish they have real kalbi cut short ribs.

We went during the lunch special. While the price is cheap for an ayce kbbq, the reason is because there are very limited options for lunch. When looking at their dinner menu, it did not look very extensive either. Inside was freezing cold with everyone wearing their jackets. Their ventilation system compared to other kbbq places was lacking. Service was prompt and excellent.

IF you want a fun dinner and willing to try a different type of food. By all means go here.

The food was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was nice, but I had some concerns about the service and handling of food. When our server brought out the chicken with the beef, raw chicken juice dripped near the beef section and then on the menu, which was pretty unsettling. To make it worse, the server then placed her hand on top of the menu and touched our tongs, which felt unsanitary. I was honestly surprised I didn’t get sick after that!
While the flavors and experience of cooking at the table were enjoyable, the handling practices took away from the experience. I'd suggest they pay closer attention to food safety – it would make a big difference.

Unique way of eating with friends or family. The meats are good and I highly recommend you get something seasoned like the chicken otherwise it’s flavorless like the thinly sliced beef which I didn’t like. The customer service was good and we got approached many times whenever we needed something like more meat or a brand new grill so it wouldn’t get too smokey which was nice. Other than that it’s fun and something new that chester county needed. Highly recommend
This was probably the most inviting and fun dining experience in recent times. Walking in for the first time we were greeted by a wonderful host and had an excellent waitress. The owner also came and checked on us a few times and we felt right at home. We had ordered each beef item on the dinner menu and had such a great time cooking the food and dining in such a new and unique atmosphere. The sides and sauces served with the dinner were absolutely fantastic and filled with flavor. This was my first time trying Korean BBQ and will be back very soon! Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised....my wife and I were looking for dinner Saturday evening....remembered a "burger place"....didn't look at the signs due to talking...walked in knew we were not Kansas anymore....hostess seated us right away and realized where we were at....after speaking to the waiter as to how this all worked decided to stay...ordered our meats/sides...within minutes was at the table....the meal was fantastic, sauces and accompaniments paired well with the meats....service was unbelievable ...not just one person but people walking around all the tables making sure everyone was taken care of....will definitely return to this "burger place" again with family!
