I visited this Panera Bread on 12/8/24 at 2:40 p.m. The only problem was the pervasive smell of burnt dough or bread. I was there over 2 hours with a friend and I don't know how the staff and other dine-in customers tolerate it.

Rude staff, rude mannerisms. I stopped in on 12/4 a little after noon. Worker threw/tossed butter across the pick-up station to me. I can respect cleanliness efforts, (assuming maybe he didn’t want to touch customers while handling orders) but do not THROW or TOSS items at customers.

I like Paneras and this location is no exception. Bakery selections are the same everywhere and are ..just okay. The bagels however are up there with the best. Servers are friendly, prompt and patient. I appreciate the large eating/dining area...it's easy to find a place to eat and work in relative quiet. Their driveup is also reliable and a good bet for speedier service if the parking lot is full.

I love Panera Bread . The new Italiano sandwich is delicious. Is great with the tomato soup. Nice quiet place to relax and have a nice meal.

Arrived to find I couldn't use my rewards card. Then ordered a salad and they were out of ingredients. They asked for my name and we sat down, but they never called me.
They have the pagers but didn't use them.
Why make me keep checking if my order is ready vs. use a pager or call my name when you asked for it? We were eating in the restaurant, not standing at the counter.
Also, didn't ask what side was wanted-sandwhiches got chips, salad got bread.

Won't be back to this Panera, have always had much better experience.

Food was ok. Pretty pricey for a half a grilled cheese and a small bowl of soup. Not sure why a fountain soda costs over $3.00!!

Located inside strip mall closer to giant and other good food options in Exton. This Panera bread is good and with recent upgrades they are easy to order. The food is always delivered fast and hot.
I like their broccoli cheddar soup, tomato soups. The sandwiches are good but okay for vegetarians. Have tried their beverages and they are okay. The portions are small but they look fresh and tasty too. Interior is good and service is awesome.
Parking is cramped but park opposite and walk here.

Traveling for work and decided on Panera, a brand I haven't eaten locally in my hometown for over two years due to the degraded quality of the food. I guess Panera's everywhere have the same issues...ordered a Chicken Frontega and there is practically no chicken on it.
