Panera bread is a go to when you don’t want anything greasy. Although the soup came in a bag that needed to be headed up. It didn’t taste bad. Bagels and other breads were fresh. It was little flys around the self serve juice bar.

I accidentally placed an order for pickup from the wrong location after a super long day at work, and the staff was so nice and helpful and helped me reorder it right from their location with no hassle at all. Meant the world after such a long day to be met with exceptional customer service!

Absolutely horrible experience at this Panera Bread. Our pick-up order was incomplete and half of it was missing. They were running late with no communication whatsoever. When I called to request a refund, the manager hung up on me personally. Combine this with already poor-quality food, and it’s clear this location has zero regard for customer service. Completely unacceptable.

Placed a mobile order at this location on our way to a concert. Our “rapid” pick up took 50 minutes - 40 minutes beyond the expected time when we placed the order. The restaurant was not busy, barely any tables were filled. People walking in and placing orders were receiving their orders much more “rapidly” than us. We regularly hit up Panera on roadtrips for reliable food and quick service. This location was a huge miss.

I ordered two meals, but upon picking up my order there was only one meal. The server at the pickup window said” there’s nothing I can do sweetie, go back an order the other meal.” I went back to the ordering counter, there was a different peron there After explaining the problem, she called a manager. The manager came out with an attitude, and asked whathe problem was. I ordered the second meal, which was suppose to be a caesar salad with chichen. Picked that order up, and the salad had no chicken.Took it up to the ordering counter and told the girl there was no chicken on the salad. She called manager a second time. After the manager came out, she went back into the kitchen, and came out with a small paper container, and slammed the chicken into the salad like you would feed a dog.I will NEVER go there again, nor do I recommend anyone go there. That manager should be fired!
