I purchased two large cinnamon sugar dips. When I opened one it looked like somebody had taken a soft pretzel and already scooped out of the container. I opened the second container and it was the same. This location doesn’t keep their dips behind the counter, so I thought there was a possibility someone had messed with it. All three of us thought someone dipped in it already and were not comfortable using the dips.

I stopped back this morning and the gentleman was not friendly. No smile or greeting when you walk in. Unfriendly through our discussion. He said nothing is wrong with them. It’s just how they’re filled. It’s the spatula mark in the center. It dips down. I looked at the display and the containers are all messy and filled different levels, cinnamon sugar all over the place. He did mention kids fill them. I love kids and they prob just need a little bit of guidance/direction on presentation of the finished product. I’m still skeptical because they are out for people to touch.

I have purchased dips from this location before and they were fine. Something changed. Other pretzel locations are fine.

So disappointed! I ordered a bucket of rivets to take to a family event down south. I ordered a bucket because the description online said I’d get 55-60 rivets. I received 48 rivets. The cinnamon sugar topping container wasn’t even 2/3 full! And they were both a complete mess, covered in cinnamon sugar. And the way that they looked… It almost seems to me that a full cinnamon sugar container was taken and half of the contents were shared into another container. The dip was spread up the sides, but sunken way down into the center. Even if the frosting was whipped it shouldn’t have sunken so much. Thank goodness I ordered an extra by mistake. If I even bother buying from the store again, I will definitely go in person so I can make sure that I’m getting what I pay for.

My wife ordered days ago but when she arrived of course and like our last visit not ready!!
When people plan parties they don’t have time to deal with the incompetence of a company like this one!

Tried to call 3 times with no answer, to go pretzels were no longer fresh and further limited their pretzel selection, no longer offering the cheesesteak bites to go. My business will be with the WC location moving forward.

If you would like to see how a pretzel franchise should be run, head to the West Chester location, they are the absolute best. This lionville location won’t be in business much longer. Cold pretzel, cold cheese, bunch of kids working that don’t know what they are doing, manager thinks it’s fine, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Thank you for your reply, but I must respond. No, we didnt serve them at 5pm. Our gathering started at 2pm and some rivets were snuck off the tray prior to then and they were hard at that time. I have had many trays of rivets over the years both purchased by me and purchased by other hosts.
I have personally eaten rivets that have been sitting on open trays for HOURS at parties and never had this experience before. Never have I had a rivet that had been sitting on a tray for hours that was so hard that it made noise when tapped on the counter. So, sorry, but I'm not buying the defense that I served them incorretly and neither should anyone else. The store was chaos that morning, unhappy customers waiting when I walked in and overwhelmed unhappy employees.

I ordered a tray of rivets for Christmas Eve with my family. I requested to pick them up at 9:30am. You'd think they'd be very fresh at that time of day. Well, the tray we received obviously had day old rivets on it. Most of them were hard, even made a noise when tapped on the counter. We were all very disappointed.

No Food, NO REFUND & Service with a SneerFor those wanting the long version: my fiancé and I planned a holiday party for his work and ordered a $65 prepaid platter two weeks in advance (11/11) as part of the buffet. When he went to collect it at the allotted time (written at the top of the receipt in the manager's handwriting 12-2, the day of the party), this Uwchlan branch of the Pretzel Factory had shut down its equipment and simply had not made the prepaid platter. The employee at the counter spent more time consoling the Manager, Michelle (the one who took the order) with "uh huh, yeah, I know, I know" (Can you believe this guy is upset???) than addressing the situation. Finally, the employee yelled out sorry Sir you ll have to come back. No refund could be processed. She then asked if she could keep his receipt, the only evidence that there was an order in the first place!!! He was aghast ...these people lost the entire order: were we supposed to trust them with the receipt???? (We hadn't ordered online ...ironically so that we could guarantee the order by dealing directly with manager). A glance at the receipt showed Michelle had rung up the order incorrectly anyway - typing in "2 x No Dip" so even if we had found a platter prepared, we probably wouldn't have had dip. It's hardly convenient to visit a store 3 times for no money and no food, but that's what we're being asked to do. Don't go here. Save yourself the trouble and the money.

This was our pretzel location until just now… we ordered two pretzel dogs and they told us it was going to take 5 min, but it was fine, we waited for 5 minutes. When they called us and gave us the dogs, on my first bite it was extremely spicy! I don’t eat spicy food at all!!! I literally had a panic attack because I didn’t know what to do with my mouth on fire, it was so painful! PLEASE DO NOT JUST GIVE SPICY FOOD because you didn’t have the regular ones. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DANGEROUS! It has been 10min since I ate that andI'm still in so much pain. I guess if we ever come back we just need to make sure 100% that what they have us is not spicy before eating it

Cold pretzels, slow service, doesn’t keep enough pretzels available before closing, tried serving me cold cheese.
