No Food, NO REFUND & Service with a SneerFor those wanting the long version: my fiancé and I planned a holiday party for his work and ordered a $65 prepaid platter two weeks in advance (11/11) as part of the buffet. When he went to collect it at the allotted time (written at the top of the receipt in the manager's handwriting 12-2, the day of the party), this Uwchlan branch of the Pretzel Factory had shut down its equipment and simply had not made the prepaid platter. The employee at the counter spent more time consoling the Manager, Michelle (the one who took the order) with "uh huh, yeah, I know, I know" (Can you believe this guy is upset???) than addressing the situation. Finally, the employee yelled out sorry Sir you ll have to come back. No refund could be processed. She then asked if she could keep his receipt, the only evidence that there was an order in the first place!!! He was aghast ...these people lost the entire order: were we supposed to trust them with the receipt???? (We hadn't ordered online ...ironically so that we could guarantee the order by dealing directly with manager). A glance at the receipt showed Michelle had rung up the order incorrectly anyway - typing in "2 x No Dip" so even if we had found a platter prepared, we probably wouldn't have had dip. It's hardly convenient to visit a store 3 times for no money and no food, but that's what we're being asked to do. Don't go here. Save yourself the trouble and the money.

This was our pretzel location until just now… we ordered two pretzel dogs and they told us it was going to take 5 min, but it was fine, we waited for 5 minutes. When they called us and gave us the dogs, on my first bite it was extremely spicy! I don’t eat spicy food at all!!! I literally had a panic attack because I didn’t know what to do with my mouth on fire, it was so painful! PLEASE DO NOT JUST GIVE SPICY FOOD because you didn’t have the regular ones. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DANGEROUS! It has been 10min since I ate that andI'm still in so much pain. I guess if we ever come back we just need to make sure 100% that what they have us is not spicy before eating it

Pretty straight shooting. They make great pretzels every day. Whenever I come back to Philly to visit my parents, I stop here and buy 5 pretzels. I always say I will only have just one or two and inevitably eat them all they are so good. See you next visit!

Ordered large nugget tray on 10/22 for a tailgate. When we opened it at the tailgate, we were given the wrong dips that we ordered. I called the restaurant and the person I spoke with gave no assistance. I had asked for a call back from the manager and no one ever called me back. Customer service was not great and all my friend was looking forward to was the cinnamon dip and the cheese dip was received instead. Super disappointing and wouldn’t go to this location again.
