Pretty straight shooting. They make great pretzels every day. Whenever I come back to Philly to visit my parents, I stop here and buy 5 pretzels. I always say I will only have just one or two and inevitably eat them all they are so good. See you next visit!

Good pretzels that are always a hit within the greater Philly area. Also, good choices of mustard. Please note they sell "dipping" cups of mustard and bottles. No free packets to go.

Why do you have to pay for mustard? I love Pretzel Factory (West Chester one) but this location doesn't serve cream cheese and seems to over cook the pretzels and at my visit today I had to pay for mustard so I am done with this location.
