We had an excellent dinner at the Exton Plaza Azteca today, and a huge part of what made it so enjoyable was our waiter— Amarilys! From the moment she greeted us, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had a great time.
This location used to be my go to! I loved getting combo #4 everytime i went but a few months ago they changed everything! The beans tend to come out more mushy every time, the rice started to gain spice, and lastly my biggest issue was that they stopped topping the enchiladas with the orange sauce and sour cream. I asked why they are using a red sauce that’s super thick and no sour cream and they claimed that it was a change in staff who now does things differently. I now go...
Food was good. Had a great waitress. We sat outside and ordered table side guacamole. They brought it out already made and didn't prepare it in front of us. Still tasted good but would have like to see it being prepared.
