Primo’s Hoagies has quickly become one of my go-to spots! There are at least five different hoagies that I love ordering from here, giving me plenty of options to switch things up. The staff is always welcoming, and they’re quick and accurate with every order – I’ve never had any issues. I’m also a big fan of their rewards program, which adds a nice bonus to every visit. Plus, they offer every flavor of chips you could want as a quick side to your hoagie. Whether it's lunch or dinner, Primo’s is always a great choice!

Small location for Primos but everything here is on point and might be the fastest service I've seen yet. Simply order and by the time you turn your head to have a seat..that delicious primo is done and friendly staff is calling your name.

Please train your employees who are handling food that they need to wear gloves. The tatood guy picking up the sandwiches and wrapping them had no gloves on. Thank you
This is the type of food and service you get from Exton Primo’s. When we brought it back to the store, only teenagers were working and basically told us “there’s nothing wrong with either item” - completely rude and insulting. They asked for my number to have the owner of this location contact me but of course, that never happened. Super disappointing.

We ordered cheesesteak yesterday- wrap and hoagie. There was hair in the hoagie and the wrap was crumbled into pieces.
The teenagers behind the counter were extremely rude not willing to apologise or remake what we ordered. They took our contact information down and said a manager will be in touch.

Beyond disappointed. Not what it used to be. There was hardly any meat on it. I'm also all for a nice crunch for my hoagie roll, but the roll was so hard I had to pick parts of it off so I didn't break a tooth. I ended up throwing most of it out.
