I don’t know what happened to primo because we ordered a month ago and had a great experience. This was how our sandwiches came today. There is barely anything on them and are all bread. We even asked for lettuce and tomato on one and they just completely forgot. Super disappointed!

Terrible customer service and as soon as you walk in there's a weird strong smell and the bread has the same smell I've never been to any other location that has this problem

I had a primo hoagie last week for the first time, it was so good I got it again for lunch the next day. To give context I’m pregnant and asked them if they could heat up the meat for me, the manager Greg (I think that was his name) was super accommodating and wanted to make sure the quality of the meat was still up to par! I also love the sides of hot peppers and pickles! It was so dang good, and I’m so thankful to have a nearby spot that I can go to when my turkey hoagie craving hits! Thank you for outstanding service and the best hoagie!!!

Ordered sandwiches and had to look in bag for the sides and when I did I noticed one side missing and told girl and she handed me a packet like I was annoying her
This is the third time at exton location where service was bad and sandwich was wrong

Ordered a hoagie tray recently for a party and everything was perfect. Multiple guest asked where we got the hoagies from, and event took some home with them. We asked Exton Primos if they could package the lettuce, tomato, etc. on the side as some of the kids at the party were picky eaters. They packaged everything so well, even small mini bottles of oil and vinegar on the side and made it really easy to spread everything out at the party so guest could pick what they wanted. Would highly recommend.

So disappointed!!! Ordered an Italian hoagie, styrofoam has more flavor than this! Went there with my husband and son, I got my order almost ten min before they got there’s! Zero taste wawa makes a better hoagie! Sat outside and not only was someone having a conversation on their phone with the speaker on in Spanish…… he worked there!and I motioned to him like come on and he just laughed and turned the volume up! Will definitely not recommend this place

Never happy with places who require tips when it’s a pickup order. 1 star. Won’t be returning.

The Exton franchise is the best everything is always fresh. The Audubon/Norristown is the worst..very hard old bread. I travel 20+ min. instead of going to my neighborhood one.
