I ordered a hoagie, drink and macaroni salad off of grubhub. The driver dropped off the sandwich and nothing else. The driver told me to call the store and he would be more than happy to go back and get it for me. When I called the store a girl picked up and I told her what happened and she rudely told me my only option was to contact grub hub to get a refund. I had a primo hoagie last week for the first time, it was so good I got it again for lunch the next day. To give context I’m pregnant and asked them if they could heat up the meat for me, the manager Greg (I think that was his name) was super accommodating and wanted to make sure the quality of the meat was still up to par!
