Two nights in a row I have gotten the Cobb salad and they nailed it! Chicken wasn't dry and was not dry the second night either! For a burger place they sure know how to make a salad!

So we stopped here on a whim. Waitress was wonderful. Never asked for a refill but my cup never ever went empty. Food was cooked perfect. Not good- but absolutely perfect. We both ordered burgers. I gor fries my daughter got broccoli. She said the broccoli was cooked perfect. My fries were hot and crispy. Place looked clean and the entire experience was very good. Will definitely be back.

Ordered a veggie burger for take out. They gave me a normal bacon burger instead. Had to drive back again to get the correct order. When I got the correct burger - the burger was mediocre at best. It was bland with too much sauce.

Our server was lovely. We each had one of their lemonade choices. Loved the freckled lemonade! Onion rings, crispy chicken sandwiches and crispy chicken tender salad were all good. We splurged and shared the freckled lemonade cake for dessert.

I ordered a no pink gourmet BBQ burger with their bottomless fries. But 1st let start with I was not even approached for 8 mins and the place was kinda empty, then once I was seated it took another 6-7 mins for someone to even talk to me. But I was starving soo I stuck around otherwise I truly would have gone somewhere else, but it’s been years since I had a Red Robin burger. Unfortunately this experience it will be years again. The “gourmet burger” was nothing spectacular and unfortunately as I got to the middle of the burger it was still pink!! Which stuck me as odd as the patty isn’t even very think!!! I hate to say it but an Applebee’s burger would have been soo much better.By the time the waitress came back to ask if I wanted a refill on the fries I was just done with the place!!! And to have spent $22.00 with the tip and all I had was a burger fries and a tea, I was very disappointed ?

We went towards the end of dinner rush and while there was a little wait, it was worth it because the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and we’re so thankful they had gluten free buns available.The only thing I didn’t enjoy during our meal was they started vacuuming the restaurant around 8 (we got food at 8:30 and were out before they closed at 9).

When my friends said, "Let's go you red Robin." I thought to myself, "I'm not going to find anything there I can eat as I'm gluten and dairy intolerant." I was wrong. I really liked their build a burger. I could completely fine tune it to my needs. I had a lettuce wrapped turkey burger and it was fabulous. They have a steamed broccoli option of which I loved as a side. The waitress was kind and oh so patient. We had a large party of fourteen. It took us a long time to get our food and our separate checks took a bit to get correct. If I had been the waitress dealing with that, I'd have lost my patience. The food industry is hurting for help and food costs have risen substantially, so I allow a lot of grace. I like that they have added healthy choices to their menu. I'll go back.

My husband and I went to Red Robin today for lunch at 11:25. We waited at door Inside but no one came to seat us. We walked in to find someone and he said we could only sit at the bar as they had no servers. We left and went somewhere else to enjoy a lunch. They should not have opened at all.

I loved it they had good burgers and the drinks were amazing so were the milkshakes I recommend going here a lot and this is like one of my favorite places to go and you should go right away.
Typical Red Robin experience. Burgers are always about the same (pretty good). The fries on this visit were not as hot as I would like, but the visit was not :bad:.

I love red robin and recently moved to exton. I'm not exaggeration when I say they have screwed up every time. Forgot to put items in, fries so cold and only had like 6 fries in my to go container. After 3rd time, I've given up.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I waited for 30 minutes just to get my drink, and on top of that, another 45 minutes to get awful food! I ordered the Crispy Chicken, only to find that instead of a patty, there are 2 kids sized chicken tenders! I'm left starving now making myself dinner, while still paying for a sub-par meal. Save yourself the time, hassle, and frustration. DO NOT GO TO RED ROBIN!!!!!!
