For a $14 salad, they could at least fill the container. Ordered three salads to go. Got home to see how measley they were. I even tipped the staff when I placed an order online. Wish I read the reviews before ordering from here. Won't make that mistake again.

This place finally started to turn around and now they’re back to sucking again!!! I was so excited about them finally having good quality and this last week seems like they just don’t care at all. The lettuce has been soggy and the chicken tasted old the last 2 times I went. Such a waste of $15!!

I have been going to this location for several years. Today I was given the choice of “brown” romaine lettuce. I asked the employee if there was some fresh lettuce in the back and she answered no. I was not about to have brown lettuce and possibly get sick!
I’m so disappointed in this location and now will never go back! Saladworks Exton you should do better.

Love how the his location has improved!
Dietary restrictions: I was shocked at how many gluten free items they have!

I don't know if this place came under new management under the last summer but the service is bad.
I asked for fresh apples because they tried to give me brown ones in front of me in my wrap and I got side eye.
Also I get it's hard for some people to wrap a salad but they literally put less than a quarter of the regular portion in no matter how many times I ask them to do the full portion.
The service and food has just dropped in standards The workers and whoever the shift lead is is very unprofessional like I know there's going to be idle chit chat at work but these guys were just talking straight trash in front of me on their coworkers and barely acknowledging me

My second time ordering my favorite salad (Tivoli) and they missed the pasta :/
Very disappointing
Came here for dinner on 10Sep2024 around 7pm or so. Very clean and spacious; food was decent. And free WiFi!
The bathrooms were very clean as well.
My only complaints:
- The soup seems over priced at almost $8 for a medium, but I guess that's inflation for you.
- Staff were a little a bit aloof; I would've been more inclined to tip if they had been a little friendlier.
- Many of the ingredients were mixed together, and I got plenty of olives in my buffalo blue salad as a surprise (didn't bother me; would definitely bother some).
Overall though I would recommend and I would come here again.

The salads here are excellent but very overpriced. We called in our order for pickup and it wasn't even ready 20 minutes later when I arrived. I had to wait another 10 minutes while I watched them serve people walking in the door before they tended to my order. Very annoying, especially at that price.

What happened to this place? I’ve been a loyal Salad Works customer for years. Often go twice a week. Haven’t been there all summer, so stopped by today and the place was dead and depressing. Worker used his gloved hands instead of tongs to put certain toppings on my salad, including the lettuce. What appeared to be a manager was on a cell phone having a heated conversation with someone and wasn’t helping the front worker. I really hope it was just a bad day but I’m in no hurry to return. Oh, and had to ask for my roll at the end.

We went to this location for the 1st time and the customer service is 0, like it felt so negative and unwelcome. Even though we love salad workss, this location fails terribly. I hope we get better service next time.

Very good. Lots of options
$2.29 for a little more iceberg lettuce when you skimped at the beginning….. Do you know what a whole head of iceberg costs at the store right now, $2.50 on the higher end. Money grubbers…
