Caroline was exceptional. My girlfriend and I wanted to try new things and she was very helpful with us. It was late in the day and she was patient. The Brown sugar Oat milk shaken espresso ended up being a clear winner for the lady.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! I went at 11 on a Sunday and although they were busy my drink still came out fairly quickly. I do suggest doing a mobile order if you would like the fastest service!

Parking: Plenty of parking spots!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options like cake pops. They also offer crayons and coloring pages!

Wheelchair accessibility: The curb is curved to allow for wheelchair accessibility.

Poor young lady working ALONE!! running the whole operation by herself on a busy holiday Monday AND corporate took away the tip jars -- four people in line and mobile orders pinging in every 30 seconds smh -- and corporate decides no tips for you, bunch of scumbags

Store says they are open until 8pm both on Google and the Starbucks app. I drove over 30 minutes because my partner needs to stay up late tonight and the Starbucks locations closer to me were all closed by 7, just for the barista to tell me they were closed anyway despite it being just before 7:30.Because I chose to go to this location, I didn’t have any time left to make it to another one before 8 when the rest of them closed. To the manager of this store, please update your hours if you’re going to waste other people’s time.

I visited this Starbucks yesterday and had a fantastic experience my coffee was amazing and they made my little girl's day by assisting us with her complicated "coffee" order !

We came here on Sunday evening after we finished our target shopping. We waited as second in queue(not exactly) and staff who was attending the previous customer did not bother to get our order or inform that he will or someone will take care of us. He looked at us but not bothered at all. Another lady staff went for a break came in and she did not even care to ask???. We did not expect our order to be served immediately but a Courtesy of asking or ask to wait could have been better instead of no care attitude. May be they think that we will leave the place and that’s what I was thinking too. But after sometimes both the staff discussed something and attended us. The service for us was quick though. But the initial experience was worst. We did not make any scene or we did not went on their store closing time. We stopped by 6.40 pm. Hope they consider this to improve.

woman who was making the drinks was clearly unhappy, and I emphasize with her. but she only whispered the name of the drinks as she put them out. she made the person behind me's drink first and, because she whispered the drink, I picked it up thinking it was mine. later, someone picked up my drink thinking it was theirs due to the order in which we had ordered the drinks. they asked her, "what drink is this?" and she completely ignored them. it was so frustrating. and it's definitely not safe to have random people picking up and putting back each other's drinks during the pandemic. but this woman left us no choice

Staff on their phones. Asked if I wanted whip cream and then said there’s no whip cream but didn’t check if there was whip cream in the back/etc. Tried scanning the QR code and said they weren’t able. Then tried using stars and they said also couldn’t do that. Ended up charging on a debit card, receiving no stars from the purchase. My friend who was after me asked for cold foam, and staff member wrote cold foam on the cup. Then, did not put cold foam, and was charged for the cold foam. Line was long, we left, but overall very unsatisfactory experience.

There are very few Starbucks that have the “Reserve” label. When you find one, don’t miss to try the reserve coffee that brings out the fullest flavors out. Added to that if the place has nice ambiance and space to sit and work; that’s Awesome.Good and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Normally, I like this location. If we do visit, it's usually around 6 am. Today was hours later due to an appointment. The quad Macchiato I got was missing the quad. NO SHOTS. Just milk and syrup. Are you kidding? Get it together, guys. That's an unacceptable fail.
