One thing that always annoys me with the drive thru of this location is they always hold out the CC processing device for you to enter a tip and never do they ever say thank you for giving a tip. If you aren't going to say thank you for getting a tip then don't try so shamelessly to get a tip.

Starbucks Experience Review

I had the worst experience at Starbucks recently. I ordered a coffee and a bacon, egg, and Gouda breakfast sandwich. To my disappointment, the sandwich barely had any bacon, and the bread wasn’t even toasted. For $8, I expected much better quality. I could only take one bite before I had to toss it—it was inedible.

To make matters worse, I waited an eternity at the drive-thru for my coffee, while the sandwich took even longer. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that left me dissatisfied. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Baristas are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating! My latte and egg bites were excellent AS USUAL!!!

Was trying to order a chai with apple crisp syrup the one taking my order had attitude about it and still surved me an oat milk drink which I didn't realize till I had left the drive thru. Ended up a waste of money cause oat milk makes me ill.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It took almost a half an hour in the drive-thru line to get a single tea drink and I had even ordered ahead. Then, once I got to the window, it still wasn't ready and the staff seemed to be chatting together on their headphones and not doing much of anything else. There wasn't a line inside or a ton of people to attend to - it was completely ridiculous. Will never be using this location again, worst service ever.

Very slow service. We ordered two handcrafted drinks via drive thru and waited 10mins (we were the only one in the line). Also we had a coupon which prices the drinks at 3$ each, which we noticed after we paid the original price. They were least willing to take the coupon and refund us.

Inconsistent cappuccinos!!! My husband and I have gone to this Starbucks 3-4 times a week for the past 2 weeks and the cappuccino is inconsistent every time - we order cappuccinos with 2% milk and get an espresso shot with foam on top (missing the steamed milk) Very rarely is the cappuccino made as it is supposed to

9 out of 10 times I'm driving up for a mobile order. Everything goes smoothly! The folks working there are always friendly. Unfortunately, on occasion, I'll get meat on at item I asked to have no meat on. I'm a vegetarian who's not too picky and will just remove it myself but if you are concerned about this be careful!

Ordered the overhyped lavender matcha today and got something that barely resembled the drink in the Starbucks commercial and the images on Starbucks’s website. The cold foam didn’t taste like lavender and there was literally a spoonful of foam (I order cold foam frequently so I’m fully aware of what it should look like.) unsatisfied with the product, I asked for a new one and was refused. For the record, the barista was a young AA woman with a large afro hairstyle. She was dismissive and rude and said “there’s nothing wrong with the drink.” When I asked why I got half of cup of ice when I asked for light ice, she said the amount of ice was “normal for light ice.” I felt heartbroken that I spent over $7 on such poor service and even sadder that this is what customer service looks like these days. The two other young women working there played on their phones the entire time a few customer waited in line. I will never go to this location again.

My great niece loves starbucks! When I take her shopping she always asks is there a starbucks near by? 11 years old and knows where the best drinks are!
