Really sweet team, two gentlemen and two young women. Each one was kind and smiling. Great parking area behind the shop made me feel safe entering the shop by myself after dark.

These people are supposed to close at 8:30 but when I went through the drive through at 8:15, there was a sign that says “closed at 8” when there were workers in the building standing around doing nothing!!!

Our first visit to this location was a delightful experience. The barista expertly crafted our drinks – a Pink Drink, a Caramel Mochiatto, and a Caramel Brûlée Latte. Each sip was pure perfection.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The unique architecture of the location added a charming touch to our visit.
As it was our daughter's birthday, she was treated to a complimentary drink, which made her day even more special. We also purchased the Christmas Blend coffee beans, and it was a hit at home.
We highly recommend this location and can't wait to return on our next visit to the area.

This was the second day in two days coming here that my Pike with cream took 20 minutes. My food came out quickly, but the coffee takes an inordinate amount of time. I have frequented this Starbucks a number of times, so something must have changed recently with the processing. I also noticed the bathrooms were recently locked requiring a code. Again, something is very different about this Starbucks.

20 min in the drive thru line to get a single drink is unacceptable. 10 people walked in and walked out with their drinks and I was still at the order screen. If they have to ask me twice if I already ordered, something is really wrong here. Done with this place.

They don’t respect customers time. Wait time in the drive through is over 20 minutes.
Waited over half an hour in the drive-thru and couldn’t even get a “Thank you” for the $9 hot chocolate. Just hands me my drink out the window and walks away.
It's been super busy here, lately. The baristas change like every week or two, and with that comes different tasting drinks and prices. My son gets the same drink EVERY time he gets coffee here ... a venti blonde vanilla latte. I've showed and informed the baristas about the price changes and how they enter the drinks to charge us. Not only is this annoying, but it affects how we claim rewards on the app. But they don't care. The photos I am sharing are the different types of way the same drink shows up in my app transaction. It's OK here.

Horrible experience. When I walked in there were 4 staff visibly present. A woman who was wearing a headset hello and then immediately turned her back to me. No one else greeted me or offered to take my order. I waited for 2 minutes trying to make eye contact with other staff. There were no other customers in line and staff continued to ignore me. A young man walked up to the register and I had to ask him if he was going to take my order. I have been frequenting Starbucks for 20 years and this is the first time I have had a poor experience. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and basic level of acknowledgement and respect.

10/10 service the manager Colleen was so sweet and inviting. She really knows how to run a store. I’ve never had better service from a Starbucks!!

It was such a great experience. After a long weekend of travel down South, we stopped in and found the Rainbow cup that I have been waiting for. What a surprise!!!!

cool location, girl at the front was nice, waited for 25 min for a coffee that taste terrible, and a wrong order. Pretty sure they forgot to add the white chocolate part of our coffees. Both coffees tasted like they scraped the beans of the floor before grinding them up and making our coffee. No straws, no napkins to take. 1 star out of 5, highly recommend just going to the starbucks .9 miles away.
