The store was very dirty during my visit, and the food was not displayed properly. While there was a sign noting they are short on staffing, the overall condition still felt below Starbucks’ usual standards. I hope management can provide more support so customers can enjoy a cleaner and more welcoming experience.

I am basically over Starbucks now. They are overcharging for things that should be included. The drinks can have an inconsistent taste when made by one barista to another. Today I ordered a strawberry matcha latte frappachino without foam and it had big chunks of ice in it.

Miss or hit for a good Expresso. Drive thru customers are prioritized over customers that come inside, which makes it a bad experience, and on top, they don't like it when you ask

Amazing! They even made a little drawing on my order! It was such a cute touch!! I love it 💛 Starbucks has amazing drinks, I especially like the Mango Dragonfruit refresher and the Summer Berry refresher!! :3

Drive thru took about 20 minutes for my tall strawberry acai with raspberry. But the poor service doesn’t align with how wrong my drink was. It tasted as bitter lemon, like it was left out and dried for hours.

This Starbucks is a mess. Would be good if it was different staff. Rihannon (or whatever her name is) is creepy, gives off major Chucky vibes, and always looks like she’s up to something. The water they hand out? Absolutely horrible — you’re better off drinking from a river. Lexie, another barista, is just as bad, and now they’ve hired Evan, who’s worse. He smokes outside and comes right back in without even washing his hands. Disgusting and unprofessional.

Love Starbucks but this location is more miss than hit. Since Covid store has become unreliable. They don’t give a reason, just drive through only with no order ahead options when it’s busy. Store closes sporadically for plumbing issues.

Good lattes when open but unreliable and less convenient than other options.

Waited in car line for 15 minutes was so annoyed I went inside. Two people were standing there, they then said to me that it would be a ten to fifteen minute wait for ONE drink.
There were bugs flying around in the food goods section. I was so disgusted I walked out. I would highly recommend no one ever go to this place and pick better options with more competent and well trained staff, you won’t find it here.

I ordered a Matcha Oatmilk with extra lavender foam, which I’ve had many times at other places and always loved. This time, I even specifically asked for extra lavender foam—but there was no lavender foam at all. When I asked about it, I was just told it “must have been a mix.” Really disappointing experience, especially when I made the request clearly. Not what I expected.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at a Starbucks drive-thru. After waiting 15 minutes in line, I got distracted while adding money to my app and completely forgot to place my order. When I realized, I politely asked the woman at the window if she could add my order so I wouldn’t have to wait another 15 minutes and get back in line. I even offered to cover the cost of the woman behind me as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, she refused and insisted I get back in line. As a result, I ended up wasting more time, money, and was late for my appointment. It's disappointing that a situation that could have been resolved in one minute was handled so poorly. I’ve had better service at fast food chains like McDonald's. Very disappointing experience overall.
