Starbucks is love and is somewhere we love taking our daughter. Team is wonderful, and their new lavender drinks are very good, particularly oat milk lavender shaken espresso.

This is the slowest Starbucks, no matter what day/time I come. Thr drive thru blocks the main road, so you can't get in the parking lot and then once you get in the lot, the inside drinks take 10-20 minutes. Watching the employees, everyone is walking back and forth, chatting, not working and the music is stupid loud all the time.

Service here is always slow. The line for the drive thru is always excessive. Even ordering ahead in the app doesn’t help. I get it’s a chain coffee shop in the midst of a nationwide union battle but don’t punish the customers with lousy service.

Why is this location always randomly closed? was a literal whiteboard sign at the drive thru window stating they are closed. It’s 2:20pm on a Tuesday. I’ve also never sat in a longer drive thru than at this location.
