came in today and spent $11 at Starbucks, usually I am always impressed but today they had a trainee on by themselves and messed up mine and my girlfriend’s orders. Not enough time to get a refund or hand our coffees back because of other orders in place, so we just walked out with what we had. Very disappointed. Not mad at the employee for their lack of knowledge/pace on a busy Saturday, curious as to why the manager thought it would be a smart idea with no preparation or help.

Worst Caramel Macchiato I have ever had. it looks like water with some cream on top. I taste it and threw it away. this is the 2nd time I have been there, I will never go back there again They should train their employees how to make these things.

James was my barista order the white hot chocolate which was good but the only concern was that he was not wearing gloves which is a very big safety concern especially since this whole Covid is spreading safety is always first

We always get a drink here before our weekly shopping trip. Friendly staff and the drinks are always tasty!

This Starbucks is very racist(I'm Hispanic) I came in and wanted to order their was a man with brown hair and a lady with blonde hair. So I was standing their for 3 minutes and the the baristas were just looking at us and never said we will attend you in minuteNOTHING. So then I told my dad that we should go. Then we went to go get cash then we came back and saw that they were serving other people who were non-hispanic .
