Only ever ordered once here. They forgot my sauces and my cinnamon twists and were extremely rude. The tacos had the stingiest amount of meat I've ever seen from a taco bell, and were missing lettuce and hot sauce. Oh, and all the food was cold.

The worst Taco Bell/KFC I ever been too. Employees look dirty and it reflects the cleanliness of the restaurant. The “manager” Eric Thompson if that is even his real name is very unprofessional and always looks high along with his employees.
In the drive through they make u move away from the window to cheat their timing system because they know they take forever to bring out the food. Which is still cold, don’t even ask them to accommodate anything on your meal they won’t do it. When you confront them they have an attitude. I’m surprise this place is still open due to all the bad reviews.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. The drive-through took an entire hour just to get our food. After taking our payment at the window, they told us to wait in the parking lot, where we ended up waiting for an hour. When we finally got our food, it was ice cold. We ordered a meal, but all we received was a single soft taco. When I pointed out that we were missing food, they rudely told us that we had already eaten it. This was unacceptable and I won't be coming back.

By far the longest wait for something as simple as 3 tacos. 20 minutes. 3 kids ahead of me waited at least 15 minutes for KFC. No idea what the employees do because they wander around back there but somehow we all had to wait for food. Don't bother going unless you have zero plans for the afternoon.

Went inside and waited behind a lady for 15 mins.
The staff did not take our orders. They did not greet us or tell us to wait.
They paid us no attention.
I left without ordering.
I saw another guy wait and he left too without being served.
If you want fast service, don’t go there.

Wish i can give less stars if they permit. Very very bad service and staff. Every time i take out items will be missng and one time i called, manager was too casual and didn't even appologize. Last one i ordered 12 items and there were only 9 items, frustrated and went inside and asked for the manager, he said he is the manager, i told i am missing everytime i take out, he said ok, what u r missing, i asked dont even check the count, his response is we are busy, no sorry nothing. They sometimes serve cold food, give wrong items. So i stopped going. We like taco bell but this place really bad.

The worst Taco Bell in Chester county. Waited in line for 22 minutes and didn’t even get to the speaker box. There’s countless food safety failures, yet I’m a gluten for punishment.

It took about 15 minutes to put the order together. My chalupa came out ice cold. The "new" tenders came super dried out. And I had to send them back in for the beverage they forgot with the value meal.
I get the impression the staff doesn't want to be there.
Anyways I just threw most of it in the trash where it belongs.

The staff at this location need to be retrained or replaced. I do not make this claim lightly, There were no cars in front of me at the drive through yet it too over 2 minutes to be greeted over the speaker. Once I ordered and paid, I was asked to move forward to the back door of the building to await my food even though there were no cars behind me. Clearly they want to fool the sensors to appear that the wait times are short. I waited for over 15 minutes for my food which, when I arrived back at my office, I found to be different than what I ordered and made with sour cream, which I asked them to remove from the item that I ordered because I am allergic. So I wasted about 20 minutes and $15 for food that I could not eat and did not have time to return to have corrected because my lunch break was over.
