first off. The food I ordered took 25 min to come out. Second it was completely raw. The chicken was pink. I asked an employee for help and he said “idk I just got here, as I held the raw chicken at the counter” I asked for him to grab someone from the back and that worker proceeded to laugh in my face because it was so raw. I don’t understand what was so funny. Only the manager seemed concerned in the slightest and it took them double that time to remake it. I’ve ran hour and a half at kfc for some wings in total. Don’t waste your time please. It’s dangerous

Update your freaking hours. Says it’s open until 12 AM, got here at 10:30 PM and fully deserted. This is after trying the Springfield location that said it was open until 10:30 and we got there at 10 PM and it was closing.

Displays that they are open until 10pm. Tonight we got to the drive through at 9:15pm and they said “we are currently closed”. You should not have hours listed on your door and online if you are going to close almost a full hour before listed. Very disappointed.

Service is lacking, waited in the drive thru for 10 min before having to go inside to ask if they were open a 8:45pm. Once i was inside i stood there waiting until the cashier looked up, another few mins, the cashier was mopping the floor and said yes but drive thru only. Then when we tried to order tacos from taco bell he said taco bell was closed only serving kfc. we decided to go elsewhere

Terrible. Food is disgusting they don’t know what they’re doing in there. Clearly don’t even take 2 seconds to put a taco together and you’ll wait 30 minutes before you even get to order.
Never thought I'd have to review a taco bell but, here we are. Literally got ice cold tacos...cold...like they made them in advance and left them in the fridge. Employees could care less about their job or any sense of courtsey. Stay away.

I would do zero if I could. I am beyond furious with Taco Bell. I visited their location today expecting to enjoy a dorito taco since their website clearly states they close at midnight. However, I arrived at 9:30 PM to find the drive thru already closed even tho the staff said themselves they closed at 10. Which is much different than 12. If google maps says you close at 12, then you should close at 12, not 9:30. Wasting me and my families time and other customers is unprofessional and shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I would rather go twenty minutes out of the way than stop at this joke of a location. very disappointed.
