The Honey Baked Ham Company

Bought a honey baked ham for Easter and did not realize until opening it on Easter morning that it was BURNT, not at all what i was expecting from Honey Baked Ham. Surely they knew this when they packaged it.

The ham was burnt on outside. Didn't open until Easter morning so couldn't really do anything about it. It tasted OK but wasn't the quality I expected or experienced in the past. I Drove an hour to pick this up. Wasn't worth the effort or cost.

We went this afternoon to get some sandwiches. Never been but have been past it before. We walked in, waited in like for about 20 min, got to the front and noticed nothing was priced up on the menu (which is never a good idea anywhere) but we asked for two sandwiches and the girl said “oh yeah sorry we don’t serve sandwiches because of Easter, we’re just doing hams” so we left. The fact that they couldn’t have the decency to put a sign on the door that says they’re only selling hams was ignorant of people’s time. Putting that with the shadiness of not having prices on the menu, will most likely never make me go back. It’s the little things that make the difference especially being a family owned business. Which being in business for 65 years and over 400 locations you’d think they’d do common practices but who knows.

Me and my family went to eat lunch here and it didn't disappoint. The sandwiches were all delicious and cashiers were nice and attentive. We definitely will be back!

I have never been in a Honey Baked Ham before, but I got a gift card for Christmas. The staff (Two teens and an older gentleman) were very helpful and patient explaining the menu to me. My hunch is this is a family run franchise. I grabbed two turkey breasts, one roasted and one smoked for $90 total. So far my family has tried the smoked turkey. The staff said it would tastes very similar to honey smoked ham and they were right. It was very delicious. If I didn’t eat pork the smoked turkey would be a great alternative. The trip from Lancaster was worth it and will definitely be back.

I was unable to pay online; but otherwise, the ordering process was simple. Pick-up was streamlined even in Christmas chaos! The staff process at least 20 orders in 5 minutes! Very nice and friendly staff.

Hams are fabulous. People in store not so much. Very unfriendly, not smiling and frankly nasty. I'll pass on the ham next year.

Just plain fraudulent practice of taking an order online, using your coupon, waiting for the pick up day, and then finding they “cant give you the discount at the store”. So many ways they could do better, seems like they’d rather just rip off the customer instead.

Friendly staff and a great help before Christmas ? ?

I've literally supported this company from it's very first store opening. Probably 30 years of supporting this small business. I have purchased hams every year not only for my family on multiple holidays every year but also for my employees over the last 10 years. The rudness over the last few years is beyond acceptable. Today I stopped in to buy 3 hams. I only was able to get 1. Fine. Maybe they are short staffed or maybe they don't have enough supply. I understand that. I politely asked about a sign outside and was met with arrogance and rudness. The sign read, "No order no problem." Clearly no order was a problem. I should have went to the Norristiwn store. I'd rather an average product with great service anyway over a great product with poor service.
