My 14 yr old dd is in an açaí bowl phase. Tropical smoothie has the answer with a quality product and friendly service. This is not cheep! Other items on their menu are reasonably priced like their salads but the açaí bowl is all the rage these days. Parking is tough on the street but it looks like the have drive thru and can order on the app ahead of time.

Ordered through the drive through, was told "please hold" a couple times before being able to order. Saw 3 employees working and an empty storefront. Took 15 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food with only 1 person in the drive through ahead of us. And thats not counting the 10 minited we had to wait to order. All we ordered were 2 smoothies and a peanut butter banana flat bread.

Absolutely baffled by my experience here. First of all the A/C wasn't on so it was disgustingly hot. Maybe it wasn't working? I don't think anyone would willingly work in there without AC. It would definitely explain why the 3 people working there were.....not doing a great job. There were 3 teenagers (I'm guessing, they looked young) working there and it was not crowded at all when we were there but it took way too long for what we ordered. Our food sat there ready and we waited for them to call our name until we eventually had to ask if that was our food sitting on the counter lol. Not a single napkin in either dispenser, they gave the wrong chips in the order, and charged for a water bottle despite not having any bottles so I got a cup of water instead (which i probably wouldnt have gotten to begin with if the one worker didnt ask if i ordered a drink). Overall a terrible experience and I feel bad for the kids working there. Get more people on staff and fix your damn AC!

I ended up ordering at the drive thru and paid and then proceeded to have to wait 30 minutes for my order. Looked like there were only 2 staff members working in there and there were cars behind my waiting along with a slew of people inside waiting to order or receive their orders.

Just left this place without the smoothies that we ordered because the girl behind the counter clicked away our order while we watched her do it, then just moved on to making other smoothies. After we waited for another 15 minutes thinking somehow they'd fix this, we cut in line and asked for our money back. There was like 45 people in there and the poor kids behind the counter were working without A/C and CLEARLY understaffed. I'm truly baffled by this experience. If you dont have the staff, don't open the store.
This Cafe opens at 7am I arrived about 8:50am from leaving the gym and there was a gentleman at the front counter. At first the smell of the cafe was disgusting but i tried to oush pass it because i just wanted a drink but As soon as he seen me he walked to the back and never came back to the front. Now I was thinking maybe he needed to use the bathroom and maybe that's what I was smelling but then it was clear as day he was in the back either cleaning or starting to heat things up or turn things one idk. But I waited patiently until 9:10am when I realized I wasn't going to be served and no he was not the only one in there. I love going to this Cafe and today was the first time it was an absolute NO for me so yikes to that. But hopefully they can get more staff or something.

Ordered through door dash. The chia pudding was really tasty, and so was the cheese quesadilla, i only wish it had the chicken i ordered. My dasher told me there was only one person on staff, which is why the wait took so long. It should go without saying there should never be only one person working the whole building, i feel terrible for them.

Smoothies are one size and HUGE, with a very high caloric count! Plus, it's very expensive! My favorite fruits are peaches and nectarines, but nothing like that is available.
