I have ordered the pb banana crunch wrap on two separate visits via the drive thru. Both times I have asked for NO honey. And they repeated my order back to me. Both times, get home and open it up and it’s literally dripping with honey. I wont be going back. And to think I was kind enough to tip them.

The worst! They hire incompetent workers. I asked for ranch dressing on the side and it was a debacle! They charged me extra$ thinking I wanted extra ranch! I didn't... So they refunded me my $ and in the meantime another customer got angry with me for holding up the line because the employees couldn't resolve a basic transaction.

My 14 yr old dd is in an açaí bowl phase. Tropical smoothie has the answer with a quality product and friendly service. This is not cheep! Other items on their menu are reasonably priced like their salads but the açaí bowl is all the rage these days. Parking is tough on the street but it looks like the have drive thru and can order on the app ahead of time.

Ordered through the drive through, was told "please hold" a couple times before being able to order. Saw 3 employees working and an empty storefront. Took 15 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food with only 1 person in the drive through ahead of us. And thats not counting the 10 minited we had to wait to order. All we ordered were 2 smoothies and a peanut butter banana flat bread.

Absolutely baffled by my experience here. First of all the A/C wasn't on so it was disgustingly hot. Maybe it wasn't working? I don't think anyone would willingly work in there without AC. It would definitely explain why the 3 people working there were.....not doing a great job. There were 3 teenagers (I'm guessing, they looked young) working there and it was not crowded at all when we were there but it took way too long for what we ordered. Our food sat there ready and we waited for them to call our name until we eventually had to ask if that was our food sitting on the counter lol. Not a single napkin in either dispenser, they gave the wrong chips in the order, and charged for a water bottle despite not having any bottles so I got a cup of water instead (which i probably wouldnt have gotten to begin with if the one worker didnt ask if i ordered a drink). Overall a terrible experience and I feel bad for the kids working there. Get more people on staff and fix your damn AC!
