Food used to be better. I was with my 5 year old who just wanted plain noodles…apparently they could not accommodate this request so I instead had to pay $16 for plain noodles. Unbelievable that they could not try and be kind and charge for a lesser price. The woman was rude and made me feel bad for trying to point out HER poor customer service. The food and service used to be better than this. We will not return.

Came at 1pm, after lunch rush. Was seated and after 10 minutes of watching the solo waiter wipe down tables, help other diners, I stood up and placed a take out order. Food was fine. What you'd expect.

I had dinner there with friends. Their food was very good. It was very flavorful and I had the teriyaki chicken and it was delicious. I would definitely eat here again

I just picked up my order for Pad Thai. This is the worst Pad thai I have ever had. I can't explain but the flavor is horrible over powering lime noodles ar not authentic sauce is disgusting .

Umami is delicious! Their sushi and meals are outstanding, but the mango sticky rice is below average and not recommended. The atmosphere is great, adding to the dining experience. While the servers aren't very nice, the quality of the food makes up for it. Overall, it's a fantastic place to enjoy a meal, despite the minor drawbacks. We would definitely come back for the amazing food and vibrant ambiance.

I am sorry to say I agree with MaryJo’s review- seems to have changed since the prices went up. Got pickup and it was packed quickly and incorrectly. Bag over overstuffed, broke and brown sauce got all over my car!

I love umami!!! The spicy tuna and salmon avocado rolls are my go to choices. I’ve only ever done take out and everything is usually ready pretty quickly when I order online. I sometimes splurge on wonton soup and shrimp pineapple fried rice, which are also both delicious!
