I have been a big fan of Umami's sushi, but tonight was a HUGE disappointment. The Tuna was gray and chewy so we threw it out. Other sushi rolls were light on the fish. I was happy to have a solid sushi place nearby, but not sure I'll go back.

I love umami!!! The spicy tuna and salmon avocado rolls are my go to choices. I’ve only ever done take out and everything is usually ready pretty quickly when I order online. I sometimes splurge on wonton soup and shrimp pineapple fried rice, which are also both delicious!

What a lovely surprise! This was a spur of the moment visit on Christmas ? Eve dinner. They were busy, but attentive and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend Umami’s! Go early, they get busy!Parking: Easy parking and free!

Tonight I was picking up food and as I was about to walk into the establishment, literally within less than a foot away from the front door, the young man with glasses on who is an employee at Umami was walking in in front of me and just when I expected him to hold the door for me, he slammed it directly in my face to the point where it hit the tip of my nose. He DID see me walking right behind him, there’s no doubt in my mind. This was either plain lack of manners or to give him the benefit of the doubt, he is special needs, at which case, he needs training or shouldn’t work there. I am hurt, mentally and physically.

I was sad to see West Coast Video go after many fun years of working there but I'm glad an excellent restaurant filled in its space. The servers are very friendly and attentive and I've never had a meal I didn't like! I don't like sushi but everyone I've ever eaten there with loves it.
