My wife and I had dinner tonight after a 10 year absence because we remember the service being so bad. Well, not only has the service not improved the food was luke warm at best. So we show up around 5:25. I ordered a Pepsi and my wife a Makers Mark Manhattan. After 30 minutes of waiting for my wife's drink the waiter comes over to tell us they are out of Makers Mark. She goes for the Pepsi. We order our food. After another 20 minutes go by and my wife said you realize we have no utensils. I can't find my waiter so I look at their station to see if I can pick up 2 sets. None around. I go over to the hostess area where 4 young women are standing. I ask them if it is customary to not provide utensils after 50 minutes. I am told they are out of utensils. I tell them my head is spinning and return to the table to inform my wife. We look at each other in disbelief. Another 10-15 minutes pass and the food arrives with utensils. I have the Mediterranean chicken which is luke warm and broccoli which is cold. My wife had the Lemon Herb Salmon. The Salmon was so dry it must have been cooked an hour ago and sitting under a warmer for an hour. The Salmon was luke warm and the mixed veggies were room temperature. So bottom line.... We will NEVER be back. Just a heads up to you folks who are thinking of going there. Oh, I would give this place 0 stars if it let me.

First off the very first time I went in the restaurant late December during the day no one at the front desk or bar to help me. Waited at the front desk then walked out. Later that week I tried again this time at night staff greeted me right away sat down with my dad had a good time. However wouldn't recommend sitting near the bar. Patty was at the bar and waiting tables very nice and doing the best she could.

It's been years since I've dined at an Uno's and their food is still great! Even brought along someone who has never heard of them and they also agreed on the food. Deep dish pizza's, wing appetizers were a hit!

Uno's was a good experience. The service was quick and the atmosphere was nice. It wasn't very loud which is something I enjoy, however I was there between the lunch and dinner rush. I had a Chicago deep dish cheese pizza and it tasted alright, but sat in my stomach like a rock. That might just have been a me thing though.
Parking: Plenty of parking.

Taken a turn for the worse. Not understanding all the good reviews. Food is terrible and they just seem to have given up. Ordered red bliss mashed potatoes. What I got was bland hospital cafeteria instant potatoes with zero flavor. The deep dish tomato and cheese pizza was even worse. Looked and tasted just thrown together. Place was empty. Now I know why. If you want great food go to Ron’s Original Bar and Grill.

The Unos in our area closed up years ago, so we were excited to come across this one while traveling to Bethlehem PA. They didn't dissapoint. Service was phenomenal, waitress was awesome. Food was hot and delicious!! Highly recommend this restaurant.Ps. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, also!!

Took us right away. Very friendly, quick service. Got a gluten free pizza and it was excellent! Very tasty and baked to perfect, slightly golden brown crust. The cheese, sauce and all toppings top quality. And the price was excellent too! A very enjoyable experience for us! Thank you!!

Very nice staff. Accurate and consistent flavors. Enjoyed their daily specials. Privced nicely for families to enjoy. Not busy at all. Food comes out fast. It's freezing so bring a jacket. Kids meals are a good price and portion.
Ordered buffalo chicken quesadillas which is usually my go to, had no buffalo sauce on it. I know they usually aren't heavy with the sauce but this had nothing on it at all so they were super dry. Ugh disappointing

I have eaten here 4 times. I've had steak and sweet potato fries once and their Chicago style pizza the other three. The steak dinner was really good, as was the pizza the first time I had it. The sauce for the pizza is good, and the first pizza I had was loaded with it; I loved that pizza. The other two pizzas were lacking in sauce, so I was a little disappointed. Next time I order I will ask for extra sauce.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants my boyfriend and I have been to yet! We went here last night for our monthly date night and the host and waiter were absolutely amazing with service. Drinks were phenomenal not too strong and definitely not weak by any means and the appetizer and entrees were even more incredible! Will definitely be back in the future!! ? We'de give more stars if we could!

It's good. And if you've been to an Uno before you kinda know the menu and what they have to offer like any of the bar restaurant chains. The location is a bit weird to pull into because of the way it is nestled in-between some hotels, but if you go to pull I to one of the hotels flanking it you'll be able to get to it easy enough.

I was pulled over as well going home when I posed no threat I simply called 6 times during your bussiness hours which is documented in your phone directory. I was nothing but kind especially at first also called over to oaks which advised me to go by the location. Please talk to gm of oaks before we speak. I literally had the cops called on me which is absolutely insane and wrong when I’m literally trying to place an order with your company over 10 times. Do you not want any bussiness. This makes complete sense why this location does not do well. I was told on the phone that no manager was around to help handle the issue after my dd order was cancelled on uno end not dd. Again I will be more then happy to speak. I was recorded also again while business hours and then cops called for not sure what. I simply came by to place my to go order. This is insane and I can’t wait to share how horrid I was treated especially as another restaurant person. This is not ok. I would be fired if I turned away bussiness during business hours. It’s a Friday for Christ sakes. Please call me. I refuse to leave a review but I will at this point.
