Selina and the folks at Wasabi 5 were enthusiastic in speaking with me and handling a problem that I had with my order. As it turns out I was actually mistaken and there was no problem at all. Even though the mistake was mine and not theirs they handled me with care and a level of service that I do not experience very often these days. Thank you Selina. I will be back again and again.

Its such a shame bc the food is so good. We've been twice now, two different servers and they were both rude. Not just poor service, but unkind. Eye rolls. Huffing. It was so odd. IE we walked in to be seated and the nice lady at the front asked for a man sitting on his phone to seat us. He rolled his eyes and got up grumbling. Then disappeared for a quite awhile before taking our drink order. The last server forgot to bring our food and the sushi sat at the bar for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the other food came out and they were done before we got our meals. Wed say thank you when getting our drinks or ask a question and theyd either ignore us or answer sharply. It felt like there is some drama in there (not personally directed toward us perse) and the staff is not happy to be there. That said, the woman at the front is an absolute delight. So sweet and always smiling. I hate giving bad reviews. But this was really a strange outing.

We just moved to the area from out of state, and have tried countless other Chinese food places trying to find our new local spot. SO THANKFUL and RELIEVED to have found Wasabi5 in Exton!! We have had many large orders from both the Chinese and Japanese menus prior to wiring a review to make sure the quality/service/atmosphere was consistent. The sushi is always fresh and flavorful, the chicken dishes are always fried perfectly without ever feeling greasy or too heavy, and the sauces are amazing. The rice is fantastic, and their vegetables in their dishes are always never soggy!! Sides are also superb including their crab ragoons, egg rolls, edamame. The soups are wonderful, best hot and sour soup I’ve ever had, and my kids love the wonton soup! The cost per dish and the portion of amazing food you get with it is 1000% worth it. We even purchased a large order for a family gathering for Christmas to give myself a break from cooking, and everyone was so impressed by the food quality. We haven’t sat down to eat in the restaurant, we’ve only ordered for pickup. However, each time I’ve walked in the restaurant, it is clean, the staff is always so kind and helpful, and our orders are always prepared quickly and accurately. I can’t rave about this enough, and I promise I was not incentivized for this review. I just want everyone to enjoy this place! If considering trying here, JUST DO IT and you’ll fall in love like our family did!

In love with this place. I am very picky about Chinese food and this place knocks it out of the park. I’ve eaten here multiple times in the past 2 months or so and it is consistently bangin every time. The portions are great, the chicken is cooked perfect and the sauces are incredible. Do yourself a favor and try this place before anywhere else.

I have lived in west chester and these were the best spring rolls and mustard sauce I have had. Sorry no photo, I ate too fast 😅
We got the beef and broccoli combo platter, sesame chicken combo platter, and general tso combo platter. I would like to say this is some of the best Chinese food we’ve had in awhile. The beef is really tender and the general tso has a really nice spice to it. The fried rice is also done very well. Definitely will recommend this place to friends!

Food was delicious. The service was top tier from the time we walked in till we left. We got the Wonton soup, Shrimp 🍤 Meifun and the Mango Chicken. They also have the best fortune 🥠 cookies I ever had.
