The staff at this particular wawa is fantastic! Always greeted with a smile, Ryan & Brandon will graciously customize meals, they are always friendly and helpful. John is also super nice and great to talk to. Love this wawa!

They didn't put the quesadilla in the right container
Just had one of the nastiest sandwiches I've ever had. Not sure which part was the worst --the chicken that came apart into string-like pieces as I tried to chew it or the tomato with the core still in it. Gave 1 star for service due to person that slapped a stub of a vegetable on a sandwich rather than discarding it like any person with common sense would do. As always, service from cashier was fantastic 😊

The coffee station is located directly across from the deli area. As a result, one entire side of the coffee area is often inaccessible due to people standing there waiting for their food order.

Let me just say there’s a cashier, John, at this location and he’s the friendliest person I’ve ever met. He’s very quick and efficient when checking out however he takes the time to make you feel welcomed and he’s always in a good mood. There’s always a compliment coming from John and honestly it makes me happy when I see him working! He deserves the recognition.

This Wawa allows crime to happen right on their property. The manager is lazy, and the employees are even worse. The cameras they have are apparently just for decoration, because they’re useless when something actually happens. When I tried to involve the local West Whiteland Police Department, I had to literally remind the officer multiple times to reach out to Wawa to see if he was going to retrieve the footage. I have to remind you to do your job?
Classic West Whiteland PD move: they either delay, stall, or brush you aside instead of doing their job. This Wawa is a disgrace, and the response from West Whiteland PD makes it even worse.

All looks, no bite. If I request a specific change in my hoagie order and you repeat it back to me, yet make no change to the original recipe. Why even bother listening to what I say? Not only was the hoagie poorly constructed (the layers intermingled) and additionally, the way it was packaged screamed “lousy”; Considering how loosely packed it was. For a Wawa that appears so fresh and mighty, all I’m left with is the word shoddy.

I don’t generally post reviews. However I’ve been to this wawa many times because it’s the closest one I live to, however every single time I have gone to order food at the kiosk by the deli, it takes them an incredibly long time to make the food. I’ve been to them when they are slow and don’t have anyone else ordering food, while they have 2 people working back there and they still take an incredibly long time. It shouldn’t take 20 plus minutes to get me two bagels with nothing on them, and not toasted. I timed it. Only once out of the 100 plus times. There is only one time I recall getting my order right after I paid for it. All other wawas I have been to, busy or slow, I’ve always gotten my order incredibly fast, most of the time before I even get to the register. Not sure why this wawa has that difficulty.

Visited this location evening, and the place is filled with customers. Very busy place and the gas prices are on par with other competitors. Getting in and out of this wawa is definitely tough. Otherwise, typical wawa.
