I haven’t even eaten yet and I’m already disgusted. The straws all we covered in sod, the drink ration was gross end the tables outside appear like they haven’t been cleaned in a month.

This is absolutely the WORST Wendy’s to go to. If you are expecting “fast food” expect to wait in the drive through line for your entire lunch break so you don’t even have time to eat. In an effort to avoid the long drive through I ordered ahead on the mobile app 20 minutes before I picked up the order in the carry out……it took 30 minutes for it to be ready.
If they say they’re short staffed, although true, they have been short staffed for over TWO years since I’ve started coming here.
I’ve never asked to speak to a manager, probably because one is never around and if they are they are acting as annoyed as the customers

Like most restaurants there understaffed so I sat there for about 10 minutes before somebody acknowledged me and they realized that they hadn't even started my mobile order one young girl came to the rescue and her name is Liz she had her hustle on unlike the guy at the fryer scooping french fries he literally looked brain-dead food was good my fries were hot and she also made sure that I didn't get any salt on my fries thank you Liz so many times you get crap service when you go to a fast food places but every now and then you get a lazy you get a Liz 🙏👍🫡

Terrible service...was completely ignored...had people butt in line and taken ahead of me because the cashier knew them.

Was at one time the best wendys around. Now it's just one step above exton and that's awful.
First time at this location and I am honestly impressed of the great customer service that we were giving. My family and I were around for the holidays and when we arrived at the store, it was still closed and the weather was in the 20s so it was pretty cold. The manager, I assume, went above and beyond and let us in and my kids were super happy! Honestly we need more people like him! He was not entitled to open the door for us because we got there 10 minutes earlier but wow those ten minutes made a big difference! Thank you so much for such a great service, for making me and my family feel comfortable!
I see that this place has lots of bad reviews but let be honest, today was one of the best days ever!
