Disgusting. 10 minute wait with only me in the drive thru. Fries stale.

Honestly this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to ! The customer service is very lack-luster and very disorganized! The food taste okay but have had many issues with the doors being locked during lunch time , my mobile order was given away to another customer and I had to go in the store to wait again for my order ..why ? I did complete the survey online asked for a response..nothing.
Management here needs to do better with the hiring and training process . I know it's hard to hire with the pay thats given but maybe try a hiring event , recruitment , incentives for staying and performance. If Dave Thomas was still alive , he would close this location for sure . I hope change comes immediately. I will not be coming back to this location at all . I'd rather go to another Wendy's or somewhere else . Bad customer service all around .

I came and ordered my food around 5:45pm this evening . I witnessed a female employee with red hair who was loud and very disrespectful toward a man who i believe was the manager . I've dealt with this same female in the drive thru on multiple occasions she is very rude and has an attitude problem and I decided not to order anymore food thru the drive thru because of it. she should not be working there its very unprofessional and she makes your company look bad . I will not be returning to this establishment again.

I used to like this Wendy's, but they've really gone downhill in 2025. Came in tonight and the supervisor was yelling at the staff for the littlest things (the guy who took my order was yelled at for walking to the back even though i was already served), and breakfast is now apparently discontinued without any sort of notice (unsure if that's a national thing but disappointing because I really liked the breakfast baconator).
Signs are up all over saying they're hiring for all shifts, but hopefully they get better managers first because all the staff seemed miserable

The Oreo Frosty was SLAMMIN. Service was fast and friendly. The cheeseburgers weren't the greatest – the cheese wasn't melted and the patties were dry, but I forgive them because of that damned delicious Frosty.

Got the $8 BJC meal around 1:45pm 10/20/25. Both burgers and the fries were ice cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all either. On top of this, there was no bacon in either burger. I feel like if I get sick tomorrow, I'll know what it's from.
In total, what i received was a medium Coke, 2 cold cheeseburgers with no bacon and only lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo, and an ice cold medium fry. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this was the most disappointing Wendy's stop in years.

DT took a while to acknowledge when I got to window. Then they forgot some of the food in my order which ment I had to go back around.
