Nasty. Do not eat here! The workers are gross!

The kitchen area is in a filthy state and has not been cleaned properly.Half of the workers are not using gloves. The cashier does not greet or acknowledge customers. The atmosphere is quite poor.

The girl at the drive though is very rude. Dark hair and wears glasses. They just throw the food at you. Don’t come here

The store timing was at 12 o’clock for the drive-through for the people was inside. I saw him he was standing inside and he didn’t answer me. I go three times after all the way around the the store and he close like 20 minutes before the store

The drive-through was down. You had to go in to order. It wasn’t very busy but Stood there a while before someone waited on me. The ice machine wasn’t working. The burgers were so thin and overcooked. Never again.

Ashley greeted us with joy. She welcomed us with kindness and interest. My friend from Paris was with me and had never been to Wendy's. Ashley excitedly recommended the American experience of dipping fries into the chocolate frosty.

Her wonderful service and attitude made for a beautiful experience. ❤️

Poor technical support and maintenance of its systems caused all ability to order food to halt dead in its tracks after a power outage.

While I certainly can't blame them for the power failure, I can for not maintaining their systems. No where in the world should they come out and say it will be at least 15 minutes and they are on the phone with a help desk.

After the first 10 minutes they tried using the we need you to move because we have a timer on the drive thru. Whats the point in me moving... Whether I sit where I was, sit inside or sit in a parking space everyone still has to wait including me so why move.

Its now been 30 minutes and they are still down.

I thought only McDonald's had used those lame timers as an excuse harass customers into moving guess I was wrong.

Love paying for food I didn't get...ghost pepper chicken sandwich? Looks like a plain spicy chicken. Also missing my 3 year olds chicken nuggets...

Specifically speaking from this past weekend, I went through the drive-thru and ordered the new saucy nuggets which are basically their normal nuggets shaken in the sauce of your choice. It appears that they add the sauce and nuggets in a small container, shake it up, and then serve you the nuggets in that same container. The saucy nuggets container was at the bottom of the bag with other items on top. When I was handed the bag, it looked all greasy and wet at the bottom (leaking through the bag). It turns out someone didn't close the container with the nuggets in it and it got everywhere. The food at Wendy's is good overall and normal to below average service. This was just one careless incident, and I wouldn't have a problem going here again but maybe go inside rather than in the drive-thru where items just get thrown in a bag and handed out.
