Great Wendy’s. We have never had a bad experience or any problems with our orders here. Kelly served us today through the drive thru and was amazing. Personable, spoke clearly and confirmed everything with us. The wait in line is never long here either and the food is always hot.

Literally stood in line at the store for 20 minutes while 5 employees were back there not even acknowledging us. Staff needs training, even if they're not the cashier they should at least say something. We left without ordering.

What has happened to Wendy’s? First they get rid of the 4 for 4, raise the prices of everything, and now I go and my chicken sandwich is only as big as my palm. Not only that but they forgot all my sauces, got my husband’s sandwich wrong, and were out of cup carriers so I had to cradle two drinks and a frosty nestled precariously in one arm out to my car. I don’t think we’ll be coming back to Wendy’s for a long time. This is absolutely not worth the price they raised it to.

Claims to be open until midnight yet I'm sitting here at the drive-thru at 11:25 p.m. 9/28/25 and they're closed literally a wasted trip wasted gas and wasted time If you're going to post hours that say midnight you stay open till midnight. What a disgrace! Complete disrespect of its customers. You have lost me as a customer for life I will never again give so much as a single cent to this location! The worst part is the lights were on and there was clearly somebody in there a car parked out front so that was just a complete disrespect.

The five stars is for store lead or shift lead James who was very welcoming even when they were about to close, very nice and was emphatic when we asked in regards to store hours/dining in . It’s not common to find someone still doing their best to accommodate even when certain items were not available. One of the closing shift employees with the long black hair was also nice when we asked for napkins to clean the area we were sitting at once we finished eating.

When i first started coming here, I was impressed with the service but recently, its been pretty bad. Tonight for instance they shut down the drive-thru early ( which ive seen them do before) so I went in and they still got my order wrong and had to get it fixed. I hope they turn things around.

Nasty. Do not eat here! The workers are gross!

The kitchen area is in a filthy state and has not been cleaned properly.Half of the workers are not using gloves.The cashier does not greet or acknowledge customers. The atmosphere is quite poor.

The store timing was at 12 o’clock for the drive-through for the people was inside. I saw him he was standing inside and he didn’t answer me. I go three times after all the way around the the store and he close like 20 minutes before the store
